SELECT LIST

I. In pursuance to the Notification dated: 14.02.2019 cited at reference, recruitment process

to fill up 16 posts of Assistant Instructor (Men & Women) including Hyderabad-Karnataka

Region was initiated. The Endurance Test, Physical Standard Test and Medical Test to all the

candidates who had applied for selection to the above said posts was conducted and further

written examination was conducted on 20.10.2019 to all the candidates who had qualified in the

Endurance Test, Physical Standard Test and Medical Test.

2. Whereas, as per the C & R Rules, called 'Karnataka Home Guards and Civil Defence

Services (Recruitment Rules) 2010 & (Amendment) Rules, 2013, after completing the above

said process, Select list in the order of merit of candidates equal to the number of vacancies

notified should be published. Accordingly, the provisional select list is prepared and published

vide cited at reference-2.

3. Whereas, as per the letter cited at reference-3 in which stated that the candidature of six

candidates have been rejected due to unwilling to join the post of Assistant Instructor.

4. Due to the cancellation of the candidature of six candidates, six posts in Assistant

Instructor have remained unfilled. In order to fill up the posts this Select List is being published

with the following conditions.

a) The fact that the name of the candidates figures in this list does 'not give them any legal

right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid condition.

b) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Karnataka State

Administrative Tribunal / Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka / Hon'ble Supreme Court of

India.
