UNIT WISE SECOND PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST OF RESERVE SUB-

INSPECTOR (CARlDAR)-2019 WITH RESPECT TO MYSURU CITY

1. In pursuance to the Notification dated: 18.07.2019 cited at reference-I, recruitment

process to fill up the posts of Armed Reserve Sub-Inspector (CARlDAR) (Men) including in-

service was initiated. After completing the recruitment process as per all the procedures laid

down in the Cadre and Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2009, Provisional Select List cited at

reference-2 was published on 06.07.2020.

2. Whereas, after publishing Provisional Select List for the above post, selected

candidates were subjected for Medical Examination before duly constituted Medical Board.

After the medical examination, the report of the medical examination has been sent by the

Commissioner of Police, Mysuru City vide letter cited at reference-3.

3. Whereas, as prescribed in the Cadre & Recruitment (Amendment) Rules called "the

Karnataka State Police including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules,

2009", after the medical examination the Selection Authority has to prepare Second

Provisional Select List on the basis of result of the medical examination. This being the

position, the following is the Second Provisional Select List of the candidates selected for the

post of Armed Reserve Sub-Inspector (CARlDAR) (Men) including in-service in order of

merit.

a) This list is subject to the verification of relevant documents like Proof of Age,

Educational Qualification, Selection Category / Group, Community/Caste, Rural,

Kannada Medium, Project Displaced Person etc., issued by the competent Authorities

and verification of Character & Antecedents of the candidates.

b) The final appointment is subject to verification of Annual Performance Report and

Departmental Enquiries if any pending against any of the In-service candidates.

c) The fact that the name of the candidate figures in this list does not give him any legal

right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid conditions.

d) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Karnataka State

Administrative Tribunal! Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka / Hon'ble Supreme Court of

India.
