* * * *In pursuance to the Notification dated:07 .06.2018 cited at (Ref-l) recruitment process to fill up

vacancies of Police Sub-Inspector (State Intelligence) (Men & Women) including In-Service and HK

posts was initiated and after the recruitment process this Office published First Provisional Select List

for the above post on 21.12.2018. After publishing the First Provisional Select List, candidates

selected were subjected for Medical Examination as prescribed in the Cadre and Recruitment Rules

called the Kamataka State Police including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules,

2009. After conducting the medical examination, based on the report of the Medical Board, Second

Provisional Select List was published on 01.10.2019 (Ref-2). After publishing the Provisional Select

List, the ADGP, State Intelligence, Bengaluru sent verification report to this office vide letter cited at

(Ref-3). Thus as per C&R Rules, the Final Select List of the candidates in order of merit for the post

of Police Sub-Inspector (State Intelligence) (Men & Women) including In-Service and HK posts is

prepared and it is as under.

1) The final appointment is subject to verification of Annual Performance Report and Departmental

Enquires if any pending against any of the In-service candidates and candidates from previous

Government Service.

2) This Final Select List is subject to the final decision of the orders of Hon'ble Kamataka State

Administrative Tribunal / Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka / Hon'ble Supreme Court ofIndia.
