degree; (normally from a four year program or its equivalent in an appropriate Engineering or related field of study);

4. TOEFL (Internet-based: 76, Computer-Based: 200, Paper-Based: 550) or IELTS: 5.0 or Certificate of English Proficiency;

5. An essay on a proposed research topic (for doctoral applicants only)

Note: *For full scholarship, English proficiency level of applicants

must be IELTS 6 or equivalent. *All students must have English proficiency requirement level

of IELTS 6 or equivalent to graduate.
