Recommendation No. 200 takes into account the ILO Code of practice on HIV/AIDS and the world of work (2001) in establishing key rights in the workplace.

Persons in any employment, occupation or economic sector

Persons in training (interns, apprentices and volunteers)

Job applicants, job seekers, laid-off or suspended workers

Train labour inspectors, law officers to monitor policy implementation and compliance.
