RSR Partners was established in 1993 by recruiting industry pioneer Russell S. Reynolds, Jr. as a specialized consulting firm to focus solely on corporate governance issues facing boards of directors and chief executive officers. Over the past decade, our firm has expanded into a diversified board and leadership recruiting firm that meets the demands of rapidly-expanding global business. Headquartered in Greenwich, CT, RSR Partners has offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. RSR Partners Japan was established in 2015 as our first overseas office.
With the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Abenomics driving growth across our clients’ industries, Japan is a new and exciting market for RSR Partners.
