Private StudioArtist studios are available at Rosewood Arts Centre and applications are accepted on a rolling basis, reviewed as studio spaces become available. Spaces are available for artists with an active practice and a commitment to sharing their work with the Kettering community. Ten feet by 10 feet studio spaces are $85/month for Kettering residents and $130/month for non-residents. Facility Room RentalConveniently located in the heart of Kettering, Rosewood Arts Centre caters to all parts of our community; and it is the ideal place for any meeting or gathering. With rooms that can host groups up to 75, the facility offers a comfortable atmosphere and numerous amenities. For birthday parties, conferences, workshops, bridal or baby showers, get-togethers and more, Rosewood Arts Centre is here to welcome you!

Facility Theatre RentalHome to the Kettering Children’s Theatre, the Rosewood Theatre is a great space for amateur and independent groups. This stage has been the backdrop for musicals such as Annie, our annual Dance Revue, and guest artists including Beth Cavener. The space is equipped with basic lighting and soundboard.

Rosewood Offers Party Packages! Book a 2-hour art experience with a professional art

instructor and a privately led, unique project. From painting to clay, celebrate with art!

Non-profit incentives:Non-profit art organizations may receive a $10/hour reduction on all spaces. All non-profit art organizations must present a 501-C Internal Revenue Service classification letter to receive a discount. To qualify for resident status as a non-profit organization, the organization’s membership list must be at least 51% residents of Kettering, or the IRS letter must be registered to a Kettering address.
