The Civil Engineering Department, Jayvantrai Harry Desai Polytechnic, Palsana has
arranged a project, visit on 12th August 2017 (Saturday) Surveying Project – II (Traverse
Survey) at Court Building Palsana.
Total 79 students of 3rd semester along with 4 faculties Performed surveying project. This visit was very helpful for students to enhance the practical knowledge as well as to clear the fundamentals of the subject. The Students performed following activities during survey project - II 1) Chain and Tape uses 2) Ranging 3) Offset Measurement with cross staff 4) Angle measurement by Prismatic compass
