PANELLETS

INGRIEDENTS FOR DOING THE PASTE OF PANELLETS:

• 1 kg of crushed almond.• 800gr of sugar.• 150gr of boiled potato.• The peel of ½ grated lemon.• 5 eggs.

INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATING:

• Almonds.• Pine nut.• Cocoa powder.• Sugar coat cherries• Chocolate chip• Quince jelly• Coffee powder

ELABORATION

1. Join all the ingredients to make the paste.2. Mix all the ingredients.3. Leave the paste resting for 2 hours.4. Divide the paste in seven parts.5. Make little balls.6. Decorate the little balls with the ingredients for

decorating.7. We must have the oven warm at maximum power.8. Put about 20 little balls in the oven at 180/200

degrees during 8/10 minutes.
