Hygiene (Higiene)

Before cooking you have to wash your hands, put on your gloves and wear your chef's hat.

Once we're cooking the Panellets, we have to take care and do not talk over the food we're cooking.

(Antes de empezar a cocinar tenemos que lavarnos las manos, ponermos guantes y el gorro de chef)

(Cuando estamos haciendo los panellets cuidamos de no hablar encima de lo que estamos preparando)

Ground almonds Potatoes Sugar Eggs

How to cook it (Cómo se cocina)

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Mix the potatoes, the ground almonds, the sugar, the beaten eggs and knead all of it.

(Mezclamos las patatas con la almendra molida, el azúcar, el huevo batido y amasamos)

(Hervimos las patatas y las chafamos)

Once we have the pastry, we start making small balls and stick the ground or the entire almonds on them.

(Hacemos bolitas y pegamos almendras picadas o enteras)

'Paint' the balls with

the egg yolk.

Preheat the oven to 220º.

Cook them for about 19 minutes.

(Pintamos las bolas con la yema del huevo)

(Precalentar el horno a 220º)

(Cocer durante 19 minutos)
