Project Profile: Mercedes Benz LOCATION: MILTON KEYNES, BUCKI NGHAMSHIRE

RAM Consultancy managed to identify the leaks

providing a cost effective and cost saving solution in

less than 3 days. It was apparent that a proportionate

amount of the leaks were identified within office

spaces, meeting and presentation rooms all of which

suffered badly with concentrated water entering into

the building construction.

THE PROBLEM:

Project Profile: Westfield Shopping Centre LOCATION: LONDON

RAM Consultancy managed to identify all of the persistent

leaks, providing a cost effective and cost saving benefit. A

number of leaks were identified within the roofing

construction affecting the busy retail outlets below. RAM

undertook a comprehensive condition survey which allowed

the center to select the most appropriate method of repair

thus minimizing works required.

scribing methods to identify and isolate water entry points.

Following many years of neglect to their roofing

Delhi International Airport to undertake roof

inspections and leak investigations to determine the

condition of the roofing system.

Constructed in the 1940’s, RAM were commissioned by Delhi International

airport to identify the numerous water entry pathways, disrupting daily and

The simulated, minimal equipment testing service used at Delhi International

Airport means that RAM could specifically test an area of a roofing construction

RAM engineers utilized the correct test methods to

fully discover the route cause of the roofing issue. A

dewatering operation commenced which provided a

cost saving alternative to stripping the complete roof

Charing Cross Hospital surgery wards were suffering from persistent leaks

which needed to be resolved in as little time as possible due to the highly

sensitive nature of patients below.

Discovering a heavily saturated roofing system, RAM engineers used a

dewatering system, to extract entrapped water which was putting extreme

pressure on support struts.

Slips and Trips are a shopping centers worst nightmare. RAM Consultancy

received information that particular shopping outlets were forced to close due to

slippery floors cause by roof leaks.

Due to the makeup of the roof, RAM Consultancy used water penetration

testing to quickly and accurately identify the water entry pathway. A second
