Commercial terms and other conditions

1. The above mentioned artists are subject to availability and a cost variationof 10% to 20% plus or minus the above costing.

2. Event Management Fees @ 15% to be added on the total costing.

3. Service Tax @ 10.3% will be extra on the bill amount.

4. Payment Terms:

Artist Management:- 75% of the payment is to be made in advance alongwith Confirmation which is non refundable and balance 25% of the paymenton the day of completion of the event.

Ground Management:- 75% of the payment is to be made in advance and

balance 25% of the payment on the day of completion of the event alongwith Event management fees and service tax.
