Priscilla de la Garza was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and made it a priority to return upon law school graduation in order to serve her community. She aspires to do so by being an advocate for public school districts and allowing them to focus on educating those children who are the future of this country.
Ms. de la Garza received her legal degree at the University of Texas School of Law. There, she was a member of the Chicano-Hispanic Law Students Association and actively participated in the University’s clinical program. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Texas Pan-American, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
