First PartFather, thank You for the establishment of the Prophetic Word revealed by scripture. Thank You, Father, for what scripture reveals in Amos chapter 3 about the Prophetic Word and how You uses the Prophet and the Prophetic Word to minister to Your people. Thank You, Father, that You use the Prophetic voice for insight, inspiration, information and to initiate Your will coming to pass in the earth. Thank You, that we are led by the prophetic voice and not the people’s vote. Father, we understand that the Prophetic Words must be in agreement with Your documented expressed will. We understand that the Prophetic voice must agree with your promises, we understand that the Prophetic voice activates Your power, we understand that the Prophetic voice alerts the people of God, we understand that the Prophetic voice announces Your plan. Father, we declare that we will embrace the Prophetic Word and respond in faith, with focus and with fellowship deliberately and on purpose. Father, we declare that we will receive the Prophetic Word with the determination to believe that You will do the exceptional and the extraordinary in our life. We declare that we will hold fast to what You said. Father, we declare that we will exercise our faith in making our request to You, the all-powerful, limitless God who is well able to supply our needs, desires and wants at the superlative level. Father, we thank You, that there is sufficient power in every Prophetic Word from You to bring to pass what has been prophesied. Father, we thank You for the sound in what we say, what we sing, and what we shout summons Your intervention. Father, we choose to believe that the sound we make in concert with the revelation and the promise of scripture will penetrate the realm of the spirit causing supernatural interventions. Father, we thank You that what these sounds have produced in the past they can produce right now, because You, God is committed to respond to a certain sound. We thank You Father that releasing the Prophetic sounds will bring divine power on the scene to affect our circumstances in Jesus name.

Second PartFather, we thank You for the benefits favor brings. We thank You for Promotion, Increase, Prominence, Real Estate Acquisition, and Deliverance from Dispute, Conflicts, and Petitions granted from hostile authority and Policies reversed in Jesus name. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You that the set time for favor on our life is now! We choose to walk in the favor of God in every area of our life. We are the righteousness of God because of what Jesus did for us on Calvary, therefore, favor surrounds us as a shield. We thank You, Father, for Your Word that declares that the favor of God on our life will cause promotion and increase according to Genesis 39:21-23. We believe we are experiencing supernatural promotion and increase in every area of our life. We thank You, Father, that because of the supernatural favor on our life and our family’s life we are delivered out of conflict and dispute according to Joshua 6:22-24. Father, we thank You that according to I Samuel 16:22, favor brings prominence, allowing us to be brought into places that others would marvel. We release our faith for genuine friendships and we release our faith to be a godly example in their lives. We thank You, Father, for the favor that causes preferential treatment according to Ruth 2:14-16. You cause others to go out of their way to cater to us in Jesus name. Thank You, Father, that favor causes petitions to be granted from hostile authority according to Exodus 3:21-22. Therefore, every person that You have spoken to concerning blessing us and our families is released to follow through on what You have spoken to them to do. We thank You, Father, favor causes policies to be reversed according to Esther 8:4-8. Therefore, You are raising up somebody to reverse the policy for us in Jesus name. Lord, we thank You for the promise of Your divine favor for the uncompromisingly righteous. You said ask and it would be given, seek and we would find and knock and doors would be open. We declare people in high places, in significant authority are being raised up with a sensitivity to our causes, our needs and our crisis. Lord God, we are thankful that they are using their power their influence and their ability to help us. WE DECLARE THE EXCEPTIONAL in Jesus name.

Third PartFather, we thank You for the prophetic word given to us by our Apostle I.V. Hilliard. We believe it and therefore we declare it. We declare that 2019 will be a year of exceptional things. It will be a time of believers seeing superior unusual blessings, bountifulness and breakthroughs. It will be like no other year with unusual favor from unsuspecting people. God will bring the faithful into new powerful relationships to advance the kingdom agenda they have been assigned. Aggressively pursue possessing new territories given by passion, promise and prophetically. Though satan will attempt to discourage even the faithful in this season with multiple attacks on several fronts and delayed manifestations, be not afraid your breakthrough will be right on time and a testimony for all times will be the result. Make exceptional plans that require exceptional faith efforts and sacrifices to bring these things to pass, as you trust God to do above all you can ask or think. This the season of exceptional evangelism with strategies not widely used before which will see the masses rescued from the spirit of dissatisfaction and the masses will be refreshed from the spirit of dismay. your focus on Spiritual warfare, remember your fight is not with flesh and blood but with principalities and powers. Victory is yours through the name of Jesus, so live in bold expectations of the exceptional as this is the season of the resurgence of faith and favor my prophets have proclaimed. Go forth with the voice of praise and be not ashamed of my name.

I prophetically declare Exceptional Favor over Your Life that will cause Exceptional Promotions and Increase such that it astounds those who know you and will testify of the Goodness of God. Your employment application rises to the top and God is speaking to those in authority about you!

I prophetically declare Exceptional Favor over Your life that causes you to increase in property as never before, real estate, rental properties. Paying tenants in Jesus name. God brings you into the company of those you need to open doors for property increase.

I prophetically declare that court cases will be settled and ruled in your favor that the delay tactics of the opposition will come to naught and the strategies will fail and your settlement and vindication will be exceptionally far greater than you thought! All legal fees will be reimbursed!

I prophetically declare that God is raising you to a place of prominence and popularity making your name great and celebrated in your field. You will solve the problems that will be the key to amazing progress and success and like Joseph, you will supervise and manage theirs as your own!

I prophetically declare 2019 will be a year of preferential treatment by unsuspected sources. You will receive much more than what others receive but will not have to pay as much as others pay! You will sit among those of authority and power as they will invite you into their circles of influence and means.

I prophetically declare that policies are being reversed and changed to favor you and your causes. Your credentials and performance are in great demand; therefore, policies are being rewritten to include you. Credit policies, Credential policies, and Contracted policies will be modified in your favor as a testament to the goodness of God! We shout with the voice of triumph! Fourth PartFather, we confess that we’re not just hearers of Your Word but we mix the Word with faith action, believing that Your Word will not return void and Your Word is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. Thank you, Father, we hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and the voice of the stranger the evil one, the devil we will not follow. Father, we declare we monitor our thoughts and cast down every contrary thought that is against Your Word and Your established plan for our life. Father, we agree with the Word that we do not live by natural wisdom, but by every Word that comes from

the mouth of God. Father, we choose to overcome every strategy of satan to derail our purpose, entrap us into sin and steal our witness! We declare we walk not in the counsel of the ungodly neither will we yield to the dictates of our flesh, but our delight is in the law of the Lord and in that law we meditate day and night. Father, we boldly declare that we are like a tree planted by the rivers of water and we bring forth fruit in our season, and our leaf shall not wither and whatsoever we do shall always prosper! Father, in the name of Jesus we declare that we are about to experience meeting the people we need to meet, the provisions we need, the favor, the preference, privileges and the power we need just when we need it! Father, we thank You for the Prophetic Word that was spoken and the written Word, we embrace that word in faith with great expectation of a supernatural experience. In the Name of Jesus! Amen.
