Part of the Savona-Vado port complex, since 1981 Reefer Terminal has specialised in
the unloading, handling and loading of fruit and vegetable produce and containers.
It is directly connected by dedicated road links to the major Interporto logistics
interchange platform located nearby at Vado.
Reefer Terminal offers its customers reliable logistics services that have been certified

With a total throughput of over 600,000 tonnes of produce each year, Reefer Terminal

Vado Container Services has been in operation since 2004 in the Savona-Vado port
complex. As well as offering repair and maintenance services for containers of
all kinds, it also carries out monitoring of reefer containers and provides storage
services for leading shipping operators using the Vado Ligure port facilities.
The round-the-clock presence of specialised staff in the terminal area ensures an
immediate response to customer requirements.

Since 1977 Fresco Ship’s Agency & Forwarding has provided customs clearance
and bonded warehouse services.

Built in 1990 close to the Vado Ligure port complex, the Interporto di Vado Intermodal
Operator is a major logistics terminal applying advanced technology to the handling,
storage and forwarding of commercial goods. A flexible and customisable
computerised tracking system allows precise management of a range of product
types.
Within the terminal are facilities operated by leading companies in the food sector,
large retail chains, industrial groups and logistics operators.
Excellent motorway and rail connections make the Interporto di Vado a highly
effective platform for the handling and transport of goods and containers to and from
Northern Italy.

Fer.Net was created in 2009 as a joint venture between the Gavio Group and Rivalta
Terminal Europa. It provides rail freight services from ports in Liguria to the main
logistic and industrial areas of Northern Italy.
The aim of the initiative is to promote rail freight traffic towards national and
international destinations and contribute to reducing the environmental impact of
goods transport.
