Conceptualize a new PortalThe internship portal will have different interfaces for both the recruiter as well as the student. We will have two options on the website:

1. Join as a Student2. Join as a Company

Join as a studentWhen a person will join as a student, he will be able to filter his search by :

1. Location 2. Functional Area3. Educational Qualification4. Experience5. Company Type6. Stipend7. Duration

The results will display the Company name, functional area, duration and stipend offered. The student can click and view further details of the internship offered by the company like the description of work, job profile, skills and qualifications required, number of openings, duration etc.

The portal will also include:

Apply Now button through which the student can directly apply for the company in which he is interested for free by directly uploading the resume but the student will be asked to register himself in order to apply for any company.

Save button which can be used to save a particular search and can be viewed later. Refer button which will be used to refer the details of company to a friend. Email Button- In case of any queries, the student can email their queries to the

company. Testimonials - Students can share their internship experiences or website feedback. Internship Predictor - A tool which will help students to evaluate their professional

preferences. Students can reference their resources to learn about internships, the right way for interns to interact in the workplace and find out how they can secure the right internship.

The Internship Predictor is a short questionnaire to help evaluate personal preferences and provide guidance towards finding a great internship. Once you have completed the questionnaire, many of the results can be clicked to show all relevant, current internships.

It will include the following features:

1. The Questionnaire will consist of three stages , each stage will evaluate the student on the basis of their interests, internship environment, style of interning and strengths and the type of careers one should consider for the next job.

2. After completing the questionnaire, students will be asked to register themselves in order to see the results.

3. It will predict :I. The type of internship environment

II. Interests of the student. E.g., Banking, Finance, Administration etc.III. It will provide some internship choices that matches the interests of the

student.IV. It will also tell the students style of interning and strengths in an internship.

Join as a CompanyThe portal will include the following features when the company will login:

The employer will be first asked to register and provide necessary company details like website name, company profile, LinkedIn URL, company sector, name etc.

Post an Internship - This will include details of the type of internship offered, title, role, Application Deadline, duration of internship, type, internship category, stipend, consideration for full job or not, skills required and how will this internship help the students.

View Application - The recruiter will be able to view the applicants who have applied for their company.

Take Actions on Pending Applications - The recruiter will take actions against pending applications by notifying the applicants, managing their applications.

Subscription Plans- We will also have different pricing plans for the recruiter wherein he can choose any subscription plan to hire quality interns.
