How to make peace:Respecting others and ourselves.Peace is achieved by resolving conflicts of many types in an ethical way.

NVC: To begin, NVC means nonviolent communication, which means to not hurt others or say bad things in language, and much more! For example, we have two types of language. Giraffe language and jackal language. The giraffe is the kind of language that is calm and gentle. Jackal language is always on the defensive and hurts everybody. So, be a giraffe and come with us with peace!
