Kenwick Park is a beautiful country house hotel in the Lincolnshire Wolds offering superb accommodation, pub type meals with cask ales orfine dining with excellent wines. The hotel is idealfor weddings, conferences, seminars and functions.

I help produce all their marketing materials includingbrochures and leaflets for the hotel, leisure spa, golf course and menu’s while at City Graphics Partnership in Tealby.

Pygott & Crone have an excellent reputation sellingsome of the counties finest residences but marketing has manly been via newspapersand websites.

So I created a 32 page publication that has beendeveloped following customer feedback and offersa new alternative media.

Building a fully content managed search engineoptimised website, The website was to be integrated with data feeds and search tools provided by major Estate Agency softwareproviders ReapIt and Vebra.

For Sale properties, we selected Reapit's realtimeAPI to give us a high level of control over the presentation of search results and property, whilst leveraging ReapIt's existing search tools to allow search by location, property features, etc.
