A Year in Review

In both 2018 and ‘19 FuseSocial engaged a third-party professional evaluator to evaluate our value and impact in the sector.

In 2018, 17% of evaluation respondents indicated that FuseSocial provides "high value" to the Wood Buffalo social profit community. Evaluation respondents in 2019 had a vastly different opinion, with 65% of these individuals indicating that FuseSocial provides "high value". This shift represents a 282% positive increase.

As we shared with you last year, in 2018, evaluation respondents expressed concern around .

• The Lack of follow through by FuseSocial on commitments made.

• The Lack of clarity on the value that FuseSocial adds to the social profit sector.

• The Lack of trust in FuseSocial among other social profit agencies. and

• The Lack of program offerings with practical value to the social profit sector.

Evaluation respondents in 2019 indicated that FuseSocial overcame these weaknesses and effectively turned them into strengths over the past year. These individuals believed that FuseSocial's role in the social profit community is clear and intentional and that the organization follows through in a strong, reliable, and consistent manner. Further, these individuals asserted that while FuseSocial continues to "think big", they now have a sharpened attention to meeting present needs in the social profit community. Finally, these individuals stated that FuseSocial has become a trusted leader in the social profit community and an organization that others look to for support and leadership.
