One Billion Strategy
The goal will be achieved by
implementing the following
17 strategic
decisions and actions:
1 We are following and executing two-tier strategy; the core business and new
opportunities. The two tiers are run almost as separate entities, though they support one
another in order to leverage the final outcome.

All new concepts and ventures have to provide financial resources by themselves. All
support the new venture receives by the parent company has to be financially evaluated
and charged by the parent company, as well as covered by the new venture. No financial
obligations are allowed to burden the core business.
2 The premises / offices provide inspiration and Know-how for breakthroughs. It is of
extreme importance that they provide the right context for the most challenging tasks. We
are more than aware that the knowledge and aspiration is in each individual, as well in the
mastermind context of the environment. Success = great talent + great environment. The
premises leverage most advanced Know-how and inspire mastermind potential.
3 Chief creator and visionary is fully dedicated to development of new opportunities,
networking, lobbying, connecting, opening, inspiring, etc., as well as establishing global

networks. We promote our solutions and inspire by using LinkedIn, global bloggers,
opinion leaders – sneezers, etc. We take advantage of global social networks and digital
solutions. By utilising technology, we spread our philosophy, ideas and business globally.
We foresee that more and more product will be digital and take advantage of this
observation. As more and more products will be digitalised, it will become much easier to
deliver them globally. The world is our playground – sandbox.
