On Tuesday of last week firemen responded to 18 Lafayette Avenue where a house fire was reported to the Bonkonkoma Department. It f a s quickly brought under control. On Friday the Department was call-ed to Sixth Street and Bay Avenue to extinguish an automobile fire. On Saturday the men extinguished a brush fire on Peter Road and again on Sunday, a brush fire was extinguished, this time on Avenue C. .
