PROVISIONS

3364 S 2300 E

November 10, 2015

Provisions is the brainchild of chef/owner Tyler Stokes, a Park City native who left Utah for Sun Valley, where he served as an executive chef at Globus before opening his own restaurant, Dashi. Prior to that, as a teenager, he worked in the kitchen of Lugano, the very space that is now Provisions’ home. On Sunday evenings, Provisions is becoming a place where professional chefs and restaurateurs gather to close out their weekend. These talented people choose to spend a rare evening off at Provisions, this is a good sign. Note: Maximum capacity 60 people.

But if you enjoy exploring new recipes, eating GREAT meals and meeting new friends, Gourmet is the group for you! In Gourmet, groups of people come to-gether once a month – usually on the first Saturday - to share a good meal. As a participant of Gourmet you can expect to be a host home (for 8 or more people) at least one time from September through June. Each month hosts get together to plan a meal. The host prepares the entrée and individuals attending the dinner bring a menu item and their own beverage. Why don’t you give us a try? Contact Jody for more details.
