Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Minimum Course Duration: 12 months Who could undertake this apprenticeship? This apprenticeship is suitable for individuals who work in office roles such as administrators, personal assistants, or receptionists with some experience and exposure to administration and business processes. It is also suitable for those who would like to progress after completing the Level 2 Business Administration qualification. What will an apprentice study? Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration Mandatory Units: Communication in a business environment Principles of providing administrative services Principles of business document production and information management Understand employer organisations Manage personal performance and development Develop working relationships with colleagues Plus a selection of optional units relevant to the job role, which will be discussed with you, your assessor and manager.
