Configure your contact list in your Mailchimp account.
Create a newsletter.

Log on to mailchimp.com and create an account. 3

This is how the dashboard looks like. Click on Lists in
the left menu.5
You will get a screen like this where you can see your
contact list. Click on Create List.6
Fill in the details. 7
You can add subscribers manually by importing from an excel sheet
or by using other connected apps (Google Contacts ,etc.).
Alternatively you can use a signup form to add subscribers to your
mailing list.
As of now, while preparing the newsletter you need to only include
your email id in the subscriber list. The final newsletter will be mailed
to the recipients in the list (in this case you) and it has to be then
forwarded to your TL/Director/VP or whoever else is assigned.

After creating your list, click on Campaigns. Select
Create Campaign9
Select Regular ol’ Campaign. 10
Select the list and select send to entire list. Click Next. 11
Fill in the campaign name and email subject.
Scroll down and click on Authenticate Campaign. Do not forget to
do this else your email will be treated as spam. Click Next.

Select a template, preferably 1 column banded.
Click Next and start building your newsletter.13
While designing:
Use proper images and colour combinations in order to make the
newsletter lucrative.
Be careful with regard to use of brand elements, colours ,etc. while
promoting programs like YGEP, YGIP, Global Citizen & Global Talent.
Always make sure to follow the brand standardization rules.
Preview your newsletter multiple times.

After:
After you have finished designing, click next.
You will get a plain text version of the newsletter, ignore and click Next.
Send your newsletter and HIGH FIVE! Your newsletter has been sent.
