It’s the second contract Keolis has signed with Société du Grand Paris (SGP), in par- tnership with Egis Rail. This seven year contract involves supporng SGP in the design and construc- on of the future automac metro line 18. This win is testament to the quality of our bid but also to our experse in automac metro systems in France and abroad. Our status as a private company focused on financial results, as well as the sound advice we provided during previous contracts with SGP and the Syndicat des transports d’Ile-de-France (STIF) were also crucial in the success of this bid. Contact: [email protected] Research on digital mobility trends The inial results of Keolis’ research into French digital trends and their influence on mobility were presented in Paris on 24 February. The study was carried out in partnership with Netexplo, an inter- naonal organisaon specialised in studying the im- pact of digital technology on society and business. The challenge? To beer ancipate the needs and uses of passengers to create new product offerings. The results highlighted four major digital trends: Profiled mobility (hyper-simplificaon of travel for all and not only for geeks), Real-me mobility (tai- lor-made soluons adapted to flexible travelers), Immersive mobility (soluons which allow trave- lers to move around like locals) and Humanised mobility (using digital technology to increase community collaboraon and assistance). 3,000 commuters will be interviewed over the next few months to test these digital mobi- lity services and assess passenger expecta- ons and perceived benefits. Results of these interviews will be presented by mid-2016. While research so far has focused on trends in France, a similar set of studies are expec- ted in other countries in the months ahead. The event was the opportunity for all to meet and discuss their HR strategies and main pro- jects in 2016. The group made a trip to Bordeaux for a visit of the Basde Depot and a discus- sion with Keolis Bordeaux’s management team. This cerficaon was made possible thanks to the efforts of nine Keolis enes: Keolis UK, Keolis Amey Docklands, Keolis Norge, Syntus, Keolis Commuter Services, Keolis Downer, KDR Gold Coast and Keolis SA (comprising French headquarters and the senior management team abroad). For the past ten years, Keolis has led a policy of workplace gender equality to achieve key objecves including employee diversity in all workstreams, beer access for women to posions of responsibility, greater employee awareness about workplace equality and diversity, and wage equality in all subsidiaries. To celebrate this achievement and Internaonal Women’s Day on 8 March, we have created a special edion newsleer dedicated to gender equality at Keolis (refer to separate PDF document). Contact: [email protected] India: Helping local orphans get an educaon As part of its com- mitment to the local com- munity, Keolis Hydera- bad has partnered with Anaadha Vidyarthi Griha (AVG), a boys’ orphanage providing food, shelter, clothing and access to quality higher educaon. AVG houses 130 boys and was established almost 90 years ago. It doesn’t receive any government funding and therefore relies on donaons and funding from philanthropists. Keolis Hyderabad’s donaon of three laptop computers and 120 pairs of shoes was warmly received by the students of AVG, as part of a ceremony on 19 February. Keolis’ management team used the example of shoes to highlight the importance of safety for all students in their daily acvies, as part of a ‘safety moment’ on the day. Coinciding with the start of the new Chinese Year in February, the official website of Shanghai Keolis www.shkeolis.com is now up and running! Created in June 2014, Shanghai Keolis Pu- blic Transport Operaon Management Co. (Shanghai Keolis) is a joint venture between Shan- ghai Shentong Metro Group and the Keolis Group. Marcellin Darrou is the CEO of Shanghai Keolis. The joint venture combines Keolis’ internaonal experse operang all modes of transport with Shanghai Shentong Metro Group’s rich expe- rience in the whole life cycle of the metro system, and its unique knowledge of the Chinese market. The website will serve as a presentaon plat- form of the joint venture with news about the latest projects in China and in South-East Asia. Keolis wins sixth contract for Grand Paris

On 15 February Keolis signed a sixth project ma-nagement contract for the Grand Paris metro project, a 205km project comprising four new automatic metro lines and the extension of two existing lines. Research on digital mobility trends

The initial results of Keolis’ research into French digital trends and their influence on mobility were presented in Paris on 24 February. The study was carried out in partnership with Netexplo, an inter-national organisation specialised in studying the im-pact of digital technology on society and business. The challenge?
