Lessons Learned
• Google Adwords Campaign success highlights where the
skilled developers are e.g. Poland, Romania
• Penetration of smartphones in Russia is just 9%But this is a great opportunity to engage a fledgling industry
• Keep the brief as simple as possible e.g. the use of video
• Good “buzz” factor raising awareness (social media & Youtube voting)
• Need local language in Russia not English
