ConclusionFrom last 12 years, there is not any elected political representatives in municipalities of Nepal. The public demand in service delivery system is increasing day by day. Most of the municipalities have challenges to perform good governance and provide better services. In this scenario, MRLC, Hetauda is one of the regional level platform, where regular sharing and experience exchange events (Capacity Development) organized to identify the common problem as well as way of solution in future
