Drive System
A typical motor drive supplied by Magnetic is the MSL 20 MCE but the gate system allows a variety of motors and controllers to be used.
Accessories
A variety of accessories are available such as climb protection – spikes, barbed wire and pressed spears etc. Bi-parting gates can also be applied to wide roadways
The MTG Track Slide System is ideal for industrial and high usage applications with very large gate openings. It is typically used in industrial, commercial and high security sector. Utilising ground tracks, it can accommodate a clear opening of up to 20 metres. The gate is designed to operate at variable speeds dependant on the type of drive technology used. Fully welded RHS steel is used in the gate frame, back runner and support posts. The fabricated steel is hot dipped galvanized for total protection and maximum life span.
All rollers are supplied with sealed ball bearings which are designed to exceed loads and are capable of 100% duty cycle. The Powder coating is optional from a wide selection of powder coating colours.

Construction
Fully welded RHS steel is used in the gate frame, back runner and support posts, with 25 x 25mm RHS uprights. All fabricated steel is hot dipped galvanized for total protection and maximum life span. The MTG Sliding gate allows for single leaf spans of up to 20 metres.
