• Concurrent enrollment in a qualifying course (JRS)
• Learning Agreement, Learning Plan, Program Orientation, Employee Orientation – all completed
• Record hours worked on Contract Form
• Proof of medical and accident insurance
• Be ontime and ontask for your employer

• Capacity to provide a relevant occupational learning experience
• Safety training, procedures and practices• Compliance with all state and federal regulations
– Child labor laws, minor work permit, fair labor practices, WISHA
• Appropriate limits of liability• Employment practices
– Sexual harassment, ADA, discrimination
• Pre-employment requirements for employees
Requirements – Worksite Supervisor
• Qualified adult employee or volunteer at the worksite responsible for overseeing a student’s worksite learning experience.
• Receive Program Orientation training prior to placement of the student in the program
• Supervise students onsite• Give appropriate instruction/feedback to the student at the
worksite• Contribute to the student’s Learning Plan and assessment of
student’s learning• Understand and agree to the Learning Agreement • Contact the Worksite Coordinator for assistance as needed
