Held semianually, it’s grown to be the largest local food tradeshow in
the nation and is Zero Waste!

Action-packed public event, held on Small Business Saturday, provides a local option for holiday gift buying.
Education Series
A series of classes that help entrepreneurs & start up food
companies learn their industry, and grow their business.
Held at Carlson School of Business on the U of MN campus through our
partnership with MN Cup.
We are able to offer access to these events and industry knowledge at
