The goal of Zen an d the Horse is for the rider to experience how their awareness is directlyinfluenced by their posture an d breath an d reflected by the horse. The relationship fosteredbetween rider an d horse is one of mutual respect. Zen an d the Horse emphasizes the importanceof taking what the rider learns from training with the horse into the rider's daily life.
