PACKAGES During the race season, admission is free at Gate B and gives all guests and children (including those under the age of five years old in pushchairs or strollers) access to a large number of available seats boasting excellent views, within a limited section of the Meydan Grandstand.

With sufficient room on the vast Apron area between the track and the Grandstand, visitors on the sides of the Apron can get a closer look at the thoroughbreds in the Parade Ring, before and after the race.

A variety of food and beverage outlets are available on the Mezzanine Floor in the purposely-designed food court area with dining tables. All the food and drinks on the premises must be bought from one of the outlets within the Meydan Grandstand. Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks.

Admission gates open from 5:00pm (6:30pm post time) on Thursday and Friday evenings and from 1:30pm/2:30pm (3:00pm/4:00pm post time) on Saturday afternoons. Please refer to the race calendar on page 7 for specific dates.

Located in front of the Grandstand, Apron Views is the lively social hub of the Dubai World Cup and offers views of the home stretch as the horses come off the final bend. It is the place to see and be seen, and home to the famous Style Stakes.

Apron Views’ guests have access to the free grandstand seats, the bars on the Apron, and the Rails Food Court situated inside the Meydan Grandstand on the Mezzanine Floor.

Admission to the Apron Views is through Gates C and D of the Meydan Grandstand and guests are advised to bring sunscreen as this is an outdoor venue.

While detached from the general racing area, the Sky Bubble offers closed-circuit television monitors with live race coverage. Guests can also gain access to the Apron Views, the social heart of the Dubai World Cup, which is home to the Style Stakes competition.

Daylami Suite is located on Level 6 of the Meydan Grandstand, offering table seating with a front-facing balcony providing breathtaking views of the racetrack. Situated on the home turn of the track, it offers excellent views of the horses as they thunder past to the finish line.

Enjoy the delights of afternoon tea and a gourmet international buffet served throughout the day together with standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of bubbly on the day.

Admission to Daylami Suite is through Gate A and C of the Meydan Grandstand. Daylami Suite guests also enjoy access to the Apron Views.



The Gallery is situated after the finish line and offers good views of the horseracing and the Dubai World Cup opening and closing ceremony. Guests can soak up the electrifying atmosphere in this outdoor area from the comfort of the grandstand seats.

Food and beverages are available from the inside areas behind the seats. Guests can enjoy their food either inside in the comfort of air conditioning or outside at their seat in order not to miss the racing action.

The First Class Lounge is the perfect choice for a stylish Dubai World Cup experience and boasts an exclusive lounge and bar, outside terrace and track-facing balcony, situated on Level 3 of the magnificent Meydan Grandstand. Located on the home turn, guests can watch the horses thunder past on their way to the finish line.

Enjoy the delights of afternoon tea and a gourmet international buffet served throughout the day together with standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of bubbly on the day.

Admission to First Class Lounge is through Gate A and C of the Meydan Grandstand. First Class Lounge guests also enjoy access to the Apron Views.



The Terrace is made up of round tables that require booking a minimum of 10 guests per table which can be reserved under the company or family name. Offering a wide selection of seating choices, The Terrace also has its own free seating area which stretches from the middle to the end of the Grandstand, allowing guests the opportunity to change locations during the day. With a seating capacity of approximately 1,200 people, this area also offers stunning views of the racetrack.

The day will start with afternoon tea followed by an international dinner buffet inclusive of soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of bubbly on the day.

GRANDSTAND SUiTESThe Meydan Grandstand, home to 78 luxurious suites, is the ideal location for entertaining guests offering spectacular views, racing excitement and fine food.

Measuring between 50 to 415 square metres, the suites can cater for 10 to 500 people and are located across Levels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Combining luxury and elegance; suites on Levels 3, 4 and 5 boast their own private terrace seating areas while suites on Levels 6 and 7 have their own private balcony area, allowing guests to marvel at the breathtaking views of the Meydan Racecourse and the horseracing action.

Dedicated service staff will cater to you and your guests throughout the evening with an array of food served from your private international buffet station. Afternoon tea and standard house beverages are included in the package and are served from the purpose-built bar area within the suite. All suites are interconnected and can be joined to facilitate larger groups or to give additional space for exclusive gatherings. The suites are the perfect venue to watch the races whilst being in the company of family, friends or colleagues.
