Understanding Ultra Frame :•Ultra Frame is a structurally insulated metal stud panel.•comprised of modified expanded polystyrene (EPS) and thermal structural metal studs.• 3.6 m maximum height available.

How to install the panels? installing the track on the foundation and then set the panel in the track, install a few screws, set the top track.

How do I attach the bottom track to the foundation? Foundations can be poured with secure bolts exposed3/4 “ (2cm) above the finished slab at 4ft (48cm)on center spacing. Epoxy anchors can also be set after the pour.Install foam or liquid sealant along base plate line.Bolt base track to slab. Use nailed down anchors at each track joint.

How is wiring and plumbing installed?

A horizontal chase way is provided through the panel. In locations where there is not a chase way, a hot knife can be used to cut additional chase ways.

How are window and door openings handled? The company pre-engineer all headers and have the Ultra Frame panel fabricated and cut to the rough openings of the manufacturers door and window requirements.

How to install plaster over steel panels? By installing lath with screws and then plastering.
