• FHS Formal Update – Kristen Crane Friday November 8

this the second annual Health Science Formal and promotion

will begin next week. Ticket sales will begin October 28th

. There will be awesome food (smore bar!) and tickets are 20$. Please advertise and come out!

6. President’s Announcements Laura – Please share and like FHSSC on facebook and for our upcoming eventsinvite as many people as you can. NETWORK. Office hours will be crucial when

selling tickets for the formal.

7. Member’s Announcements

• VPs: Events, Finance, Student Affairs, Student Events, Communications

Student Affairs – Fall Preview day is about a month away. A sign up will beemailed for the event and Student Life Panels are still to be decided. The ChangeCamp will be “Health Sci Have Your Say” and student feedback will be retrieved

by an online form to submit to the Dean. The United Way stair climb is an event that is being thought of as an upcoming council community event and details will

be posted on facebook.

Communications - The first subcommittee meeting was last week. Promotions are going well.

A Student Leadership Forum was held last week and discussed student

collaboration regarding university programming.

• Commissioners/Coordinators (Website, Social Media and Publications, FHS

Games, Programming, Merchandise)

The website is being updated for the form so students can provide their feedback.We have lots of promotional material coming up.

FHSSC Games financing is being finalized as well as clothing and prizes.

Crest pricing for scarves is being determined and a meeting was held with the

Deans office.

Rave Cards are being looked into for the Health Science Formal.
