Dante’s Inferno

Hazing

“Hazing is any conduct whereby a military member or members, regardless of service or rank, without proper authority causes another military member or members, regardless of service or rank, to suffer or be exposed to any activity which is cruel, abusive, humiliating, oppressive, demeaning or harmful. Soliciting or coercing another to perpetrate any such activity is also considered hazing. “

Punishment

Rape

“…unlawful sexual intercourse or sexual penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth of another person, with or without force by sex organ, other body part of foreign object, without the consent of the victim.”

Punishment

According to the UCMJ under article 120, all sexual assault cases will be tried by general court-marshal. The service member will be dishonorably discharge if enlisted or dismissed if found to be an officer.

Misbehavior before the enemy

pillage• Causes false alarms in any command,

unit, or place under control of the armed forces

• Willfully fails to do his utmost to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy any enemy troops, combatants, vessels, aircraft, or any other thing, which it is his duty so to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy

• Does not afford all practicable relief and assistance to any troops, combatants, vessels, or aircraft of the armed forces belonging to the United States or their allies when engaged in battle

• Will be running in the same area for eternity

Driving Under the Influence

When a soldier operates any motorized vehicle while intoxicated or while impaired by a controlled substance – Article 111

Punishment

• Reduction in rank • Confinement with bread and water• Hard labor• Separation from military

Military Hell Punishment

• Drink liquor for eternity• Hung by the ankle and submerged in a drum

filled with hallucinogen
