Conceptia is a Integral Desing Studio, that develops architectural, interior and graphic design projects.The services it provides are as followed:

Architectural and interior design. Architectural renderings with photo-realistic quality.Animations. Digital and printed graphic designed presentations for presales. Major Duties:

Worked directly with clients developers, architects, real state agencies & engineers.Assisted architects and developers in developing design ideas for several project types.Developed all marketing ideas, media and material for prormotion.Personally worked-on and supervised all projects from start to end. Managed multidisciplinary collaborators.In charge of all administrative tasks and proposals.

A 150 square meter steel frame construction home, located in Madrid, Spain, was designed to be my home. Collaborated with a local architectural firm in developing it, to obtained all permits for its construction, it needed to be done because I am not a registered architect in Spain.

Major Duties:

Participated in all phases of design and construction.Developed and prepared all information regarding design, and materials.Estimated costs. Participated in the production of all construction documents, drawings, and specifications.Developed schedules to meet project objectives.Organized constructor and team meetings.

Griskelis Young Harrell Ltd, Chicago-Illinois,EEUU. Architect Staff.1999-2004

Major Duties:

Worked Under the supervision of a team leader.Performed a broad variety of design and technical assignments.Prepared presentation drawings and study models.Developed viable design concepts for a project and develop it all the way through Construction Documents, including: wall sections, details and schedules.Researched and assist in the selection of material, systems and finishes.Solved functional relationships between program elements.Performed Site analysis including survey of existing conditions and takingfield measurements.Prepared basic Millwork details and custom furniture.Mantained basic contact with consultants and attended clients meetings.Created high quality 3D architectural visualizations still renderings. Worked with Marketing team to create printed and electronic materials for marketing purposes, such as: promotional postcards, flyers, catalogs and brochures for proposals.
