Logika 4000 provides a classical natural look to any working environment.

In this design Maple has been set against a contrasting wall covering and the designer has added contemporary curves to give a stylish flair to an otherwise standard entrance area.

Tested to 30 minutes Fire Resistance

Available in a range of acoustic ratings from 38-48dB Rw.

Logika 4000 can be installed with single or double glazing. For maximum acoustic and visual privacy this layout utilises double glazing with integral blinds

The unique patented design provides an aluminium core frame. This provides a way of installing all the services and boards prior to any hardwood sections being delivered to site.

By installing the aluminium core frame ahead of following trades, cabling and decoration can take place BEFORE any timber is fitted. This significantly reduces damage to the timber components and reduces site build time.

To keep the system simple the core frame consists of a single section that can be used at head, base and interfaces. This is complimented by a range of corner, 3 way and “Y” posts to create layout details.

Now the frame is ready for the “CLIP-ON” timber to be fitted, allowing for easy repair and total demountability. Unlike MDF veneered products, all Logika

4000 timber is solid Hardwood, providing a quality hardwearing natural finish.

LOGIKA 4000 is produced from solid hardwood on the latest CNC machinery to ensure accuracy and quality of finish.

The machined timber is then sanded and lacquered with two coats of satin clear varnish to enhance the grain and provide a tough durable surface.

SUMMARY FEATURES & BENEFITS

The LOGIKA 4000 PARTITION system is classified as a STUD and SHEET system under BS5234: part 1:1992 definition for partition structures. It is capable of satisfying the criteria for both Medium Duty and Heavy Duty determined by the choice of panel facing and internal structure selected from its components.

?Eco-Friendly:

LOGIKA 4000 incorporates renewable hardwoods in a choice of finishes. The UNIQUE ALUMINIUM INTERNAL CORE FRAMEWORK is extruded from recycled aluminium. All major framing components are produced from renewable/recycled materials and are fully relocatable for maximum reusability.

?Versatility:

The key to LOGIKA 4000 is VERSATILITY. The system employs a UNIQUE ALUMINIUM INTERNAL CORE FRAMEWORK with a choice of CLIP ON HARDWOOD TRIMS to allow glazing, door frames and solid panels to be incorporated. Solid elevations offer a range of strength characteristics up to 3000mm high, achieved within a common 77mm wall thickness, thus maintaining a uniform visual appearance in all specifications. The ALUMINIUM CORE FRAMEWORK allows early assembly of the main frame, so that services can be first fixed and boarding/decoration to take place, thus saving valuable site time. All visible HARDWOOD TRIMS areCLIP ON and may be fitted/replaced at ANY time. Glazed and Solid elevations incorporate an optional integral wire-way accessed via the clip on HARDWOOD skirting. The aluminium core post will accept blind controls in glazing.ALL EXPOSED FACES ARE HARDWOOD for long term durability and aesthetic appeal.

?ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Within its 77mm width LOGIKA 4000 provides from 35dB(Rw) up to 48dB(Rw) sound performance. The acoustic upgrades can be performed at ANY time (ie: during a reorganisation of a work area) and ALL MAIN ALUMINIUM CORE FRAMEWORK REMAINS IN PLACE reducing disruption and cost.

The LOGIKA 4000 system has been tested and achieved the following fire ratings under BS476 Parts 20 and 22 in combination with fire rated glass and FD30 door panels designed in accordance with CF113. The system accepts LOGIKA 2000 solid panels which have beentested to 60 minutes.

?AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE:

LOGIKA 4000 core framework is ex-stock allowing contractors to pre-assemble the main framework early in the site programme so that boarding and services can be first fixed. Trims and visible framing are offered in OAK, ASH MAPLE, CHERRY or BEECH within 21 days of order receipt. Special door veneers may take up to 4 weeks to procure.
