Logika 3000 provides total

design flexibility to enhance any

working environment.

In this design, pre-decorated

concealed fix solid panels have

been combined with corner and

end posts that protect the wall

from passing pedestrian traffic.

The panels provide for total re-

locatability and flexibility for

future layout changes. The

posts allow for glazing to be

easily substituted for solid

should future requirements

change.

Logika 3000 provides a simple glazing system that enhances any working

environment with its clean lines and slim framework.

Full height double glazing offering a 42dB Rw sound reduction. The 40mm

(nominal) framework width is constant at head, base and abutments.

In this design, the Logika 3000

tapeable post has been

incorporated to give a

‘frameless’ appearance to the

Logika 5000 12mm single

glazed office fronts.

NOTE: Whilst taped and jointed

solid elevations provide a clean

visual appearance, they are not

re-locatable due to the board

fixings being covered by the

joint finish. Where re-locatability

is required clients should

consider the concealed fix pre-

decorated board option.

Integral blinds provide visual privacy within the double glazing that offers

42dB sound reduction.

Optional recessed head and base details provide a neat interface with the

existing structure, whilst adding vertical flexibility to maximise re-locatability

and interchangeability.

This design allows for maximum light with a visual link to the open plan area

whilst offering a secluded work space.

All facets are pre-welded offsite (with silicone bonded glass joints) ensuring

simple and efficient installation with improved long-term structural stability.

Capping and Bulkhead Details:

The unique patented “Spectra” design allows for a fully ‘clear’ ghost post

frame within a dry-joint assembly.

This provides glazing with a clear and almost flush aspect and is ideal for

applications requiring a higher acoustic performance than traditional silicone

glazed designs by using more economical 6mm and 6.4mm glass

combinations.

By using a combination of glass types, the glazing can provide 42dB Rw

sound reduction.

Logika 3000 System Specifications:

• The Logika 3000 partition system is defined as a STUD and SHEET system under:

BS5234: part 1:1992.

• Logika 3000 glazing complies fully with BS6262 for edge cover and back clearance

which enhances safety, and has been fire tested to BS476 part 22 for 74 minutes.

• From BS5234 the recommended acoustic performance for general offices is 38dB

(Rw) and for private offices the standard requires 44dB (Rw). Logika 3000 can

achieve up to 48dB utilising standard components.

• The Logika 3000 system provides up to 90 minutes fire rating in solid elevations, 60

minutes in glazed elevations up to 3.6 Sq.m and incorporating Pyran glass and 50

minutes in door elevations using standard height doors.

Logika 5000 System Specifications:

• Single glazed ‘frameless’ 10 and 12mm glass silicone jointed:

Under BS5234 (Office Partitions) loading conditions:

Maximum height for 10mm safety glass is 2400mm

Maximum height for 12mm safety glass is 3050mm

Under BS6180 (Barrier) loading conditions:

Maximum height for 10mm safety glass is 2100mm

Maximum height for 12mm safety glass is 2500mm

• Single glazed ‘frameless’ 12mm glass with Spectra registered dry joint:

Under BS5234 (Office Partitions) loading conditions:

Maximum height for 12mm safety glass is 3050mm

• Double glazed framed (top and bottom edges with Spectra ghost post to BS5234)
