Za více než dvacet let své existence společnost KOMA realizovala více než padesát modulárních školských staveb. Jednou z posledních je nízkoenergetická mateřská a základní škola v obci Podolí u Brna v České republice, která je sestavena z velkoformáto-vých modulů Comfort.

Mateřská a základní škola v Podolí u Brna byla slavnostně otevřena 29. 8. 2014. Její rozloha je 418 m2 a ve dvou třídách poskytne prostory pro 50 dětí. Školská stavba je opatřena zateplovacím systémem s probarvenou omítkou a splňuje tak parametry energetického štítku B – nízkoenergetická stavba. Učebny jsou vybaveny podlahovým topením. Cel-kově tato stavba evokuje budovu řešenou konvenční výstavbou a působí v interiéru živým a příjemným dojmem.

Můžeme být potěšeni, že další školská stavba z pro-dukce KOMA na první pohled opět ukazuje, že mo-dulární výstavba není v žádném ohledu horší než ta konvenční. Naopak, rychlost výstavby modulárním systémem KOMA nemá konkurenci. Věříme, že i tato školská stavba, která vznikla díky dotacím z Ev-ropské unie, pomůže zbořit mýtus zažitý u široké veřejnosti, že výstavba pomocí modulů je výstavba z unimobuněk či nehezkých stavebních kontejnerů.

During the more than 20 years of its existence, the KOMA Company has built more than fifty modular school buildings. One of the latest is the low-energy kindergarten and elementary school in Podolí u Brna, Czech Republic, built from large-format Comfort modules.

The kindergarten/elementary school in Podolí u Brna was opened on August 29, 2014. It covers 418 sq. meters and its two classrooms are designed for up to 50 children. The school building is equipped with an insulation system and features a dyed plaster facade, thus meeting the parameters for energy efficiency class B – energy efficient building. The classrooms are fitted with floor heating, and the entire building resembles a building constructed in the conventional style, its interior giving a lively and pleasant impression.

We are pleased that another school building by KOMA once again shows that modular construction is in no way worse than the conventional kind. Quite the contrary, the speed of construction using the KOMA modular system is unrivalled. We believe that this school building, realized thanks to funding from the EU, will also help bust the myth among the general public that construction using modules means using old-fashioned or ugly containers typically used by workers on construction sites.

In der mehr als zwanzigjährigen Tätigkeit der KOMA Gesellschaft wurden mehr als fünfzig Modularschul-gebäude erbaut. Eines der letzten ist ein energieeffizi-entes Kindergartengebäude in der Gemeinde Podolí bei Brünn in der Tschechischen Republik, dieser Kindergar-ten besteht aus den großformatigen Modulen Comfort.

Der Kindergarten und die Grundschule in Podolí wurden am 29.8.2014 feierlich eröffnet. Das Gebäude nimmt die Fläche von 418 m2 ein und zwei Klassen bieten Platz für 50 Kinder. Das Schulgebäude ist mit Wärmedämmungssystem ausgestattet und mit farbigem Putz versehen, es erfüllt somit die Standards des Zertifi-kats B -energieeffizient.

Die Klassenzimmer sind mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet. Gesamt betrachtet, evoziert diese Struktur eine Loslö-sung von herkömmlichen Bauweisen und das Interieur wirkt lebendig, es entsteht ein angenehmer Eindruck.

Wir sind erfreut, dass ein weiteres Schulgebäude von der KOMA Produktion auf den ersten Blick zeigt, dass modulare Bauweise nicht schlechter ist, als die konven-tionelle. Im Gegenteil, die Baudauer mit dem KOMA System ist außer Konkurrenz. Wir glauben, dass auch dieses Schulgebäude, das Dank der EU-Fördermittel entstanden ist, dazu beiträgt, die Meinung der Öffent-lichkeit - die modulare Bauweise, sei ein Ausbau von unästhetischen Baucontainern - zu widerlegen.

Sehr geehrte Freunde des Modularbaus, zu Beginn meines Editorials möchte ich meinen Respekt be-kunden und mich bei unseren Kunden, Mitarbei-tern, KOMA Angestellten und Förderern bedan-ken. Schon heute können wir sagen, dass das Jahr 2014 für die KOMA Gesellschaft ein Rekordjahr sein wird, denn wir haben unseren Umsatz um 30% gesteigert. Dies ist für uns eine Verpflichtung – wir schätzen das uns entgegengebrachte Ver-trauen; und müssen es in den kommenden Jahren weiterhin ausbauen. Ich spreche für die gesamte KOMA Gesellschaft, wenn ich sage, dass wir uns auf neue Herausforderungen freuen.

Die positiven Handelsergebnisse rechnen wir der aktiven Popularisierung der Modular-Architektur zu, in der wir auch im Jahre 2015 weiterarbeiten werden. Zusammen mit der Fakultät für Architek-tur in Brünn und der Mährischen Galerie veran-stalten wir das Festival der Modular-Architektur. Ich möchte sie auch auf eine Sonderausgabe der Zeitschrift EXPO speciál aufmerksam machen, die an das Konzept – Rechteck- und Blockbauten- des Modularbaus erinnert.

Vážení příznivci modulární výstavby, na začátku svého editorialu bych chtěl zejména poděkovat a vyjádřit úctu všem našim zákazníkům, spolupracovníkům, KOMA zaměstnancům a podporovatelům. Již nyní totiž můžeme říci, že rok 2014 bude pro společnost KOMA rekordním, neboť své tržby navýšila o 30 %. To je pro nás veliký závazek – uvědomujeme si, že důvěru, kterou jsme v letošním roce získali, musíme v následujících letech potvrdit. Na to jsme připraveni a za celou společnost KOMA mohu potvrdit, že se na nové výzvy těšíme.

Pozitivní obchodní výsledky připisujeme také aktivní popularizaci modulární architektury, ve které budeme pokračovat i v roce 2015. Ve spolupráci s Fakultou architektury VUT v Brně a Moravskou galerií v Brně připravujeme festival modulární architektury. It is a big commitment for us – we realize that in the coming years we must uphold the trust that we gained this year. We are prepared for this and on behalf of the entire KOMA Company I can say that we look forward to new challenges.

We also attribute our positive business results to the active popularization of modular architecture, in which we will continue in 2015. In cooperation with the Faculty of Architecture at the Brno University of Technology and the Moravian Gallery in Brno, we are preparing a festival of modular architecture. I would also like to draw your attention to the special edition of Bulletin EXPO, whose concept very much resembles modular construction – it also consists of rectangles and blocks.

Fakulta designu a umění Ladislava Sutnara ZČU v Plzni uvedla v říjnu 2014 v rámci výstavy Designblok 14 jednu ze svých expozic v atypických CITY modulech lichoběžníkového tvaru, které KOMA vyvinula ve spolupráci s architektonickým studiem Chybík+Krištof AA a Moravskou Galerií v Brně. Kontejnery na první pohled zaujmou i díky tomu, že stojí přímo v centru Prahy v ulici Na Příkopech. Ulice Na Příkopech je, co se týče chodců, jedním z nejfrekventovanějších a nejatraktivnějších míst v Praze a denně jí procházejí tisíce lidí – vede totiž z náměstí Republiky na Václavské náměstí.

Fakulta designu a umění rozdělila expozici v kontejnerech na dvě části, respektive na dvě tvůrčí skupiny. Skupina KYČN vytvořila v jednom CITY modulu herní odpočinkové místo, kde si kolemjdoucí mohli na tabletech zahrát počítačovou hru. Tablety byly umístěny na stole z černých OSB desek; světlé OSB desky, které byly zároveň dveřmi i zdmi kontejnerů, byly pak v příjemném napětí právě s převážně černým, ale hravým interiérem obou CITY modulů. Druhý kontejner, jakási

vtipná tělocvična, byl navržen skupinou SKLENÍK. V ní si lidé mohli zaběhnout maraton (pokud by v kontejneru běželi 3500× dokola), mohli si zacvičit na koze i na bradlech, případně si vyzkoušet běh na 4,6 metru.

Martin Hart z KOMA vysvětluje, jak se hodí jejich CITY moduly do historické Prahy, takto: „Z obytných modulů vyrábíme všechny možné stavby včetně školek či nemocnic, ale CITY moduly jsme vyvinuli, abychom instalacemi oživili veřejný prostor. A malá tělocvična, kde můžete sportovat krokem přes překážky, to jistě naplňuje.“ Je tedy zřejmé, že zcela nový koncept v modulární architektuře v podobě CITY modulů lze využít k širokým účelům, a že jejich využití vždy strhne pozornost.

Autorem koncepce obou prezentací Fakulty designu a umění Ladislava Sutnara ZČU v Plzni je Ing. arch. Jakub Mareš, který projekty realizoval se skupinou studentů různých oborů.

In October 2014, the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia presented, as part of the Designblok 14 exhibition, one of its exhibits in atypical trapezoid-shaped CITY modules, developed by KOMA in cooperation with the architectural studio Chybík+Krištof AA and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. The containers attract people‘s attention also because they are situated right in the center of Prague, in Na Příkopech Street, i.e., one of the busiest and most attractive places in Prague with thousands of people walking past, as it is between Republic Square and Wenceslas Square.

The Faculty of Design and Art divided the container exhibit into two parts, or two creative groups. In one CITY module, the KYČN group created a place of rest, where passers-by could play games on tablets lying around on tables made of black OSB boards, while light OSB boards were used as doors and the sides of the containers, creating a pleasant tension with the mostly black, yet playful interior of both CITY modules. The other container, a kind of funny gym, was designed by the group SKLENÍK. In it,

people could run a marathon (if they ran 3,500 times in circles inside the container), exercise on a vaulting buck and parallel bars, or try a 4.6-meter run.

Martin Hart from KOMA explains how KOMA‘s CITY modules fit into the historic center of Prague: „We use habitable modules to produce all kinds of buildings, including kindergartens and hospitals, but CITY modules were developed for installations aimed at enlivening public spaces. A small gym, where people can do various exercises, surely serves this purpose.“ It is obvious that the brand new concept in modular architecture in the form of CITY modules can find a wide range of uses that always attract people‘s attention.

The creator of the concept of both presentations of the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art is Ing. arch. Jakub Mareš, who realized the projects with a group of students with various majors.

Die Fakultät für Design und Künste von Ladislav Sutnar in Pilsen stellte im Oktober 2014 im Rah-men der Ausstellung Designblock 14, ein atypisches Trapezmodul, das von KOMA in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekturbüro Chybik+Kristof AA und der Mährischen Galerie in Brünn entwickelt wurde, vor. Die Blockkonstruktion macht auf Grund ihrer Lage sofort auf sich Aufmerksam, da sie direkt im Stadtzentrum von Prag steht. Die Straße Am Graben ist im Hinblick auf die Fußgänger, eine der belebtes-ten und attraktivsten Orte in Prag und wird täglich von tausenden Menschen durchströmt – sie führt vom Platz der Republik zum Wenzelsplatz. Die Fa-kultät für Design und Künste teilte die Ausstellung in zwei Teile, bzw. in zwei schöpferische Gruppen. Die Gruppe KYČN kreierte in einem CITY Modul einen Spiel- und Erholungsraum, wo die Besucher und Vorübergehenden auf den Tablets Compu-terspiele spielen konnten. Die Tablets wurden auf den schwarzen OSB-Platten platziert. Die hellen OSB-Platten stellten Türen und auch Wände der Container dar und erzeugten eine angenehmen Spannung zu dem vorwiegend schwarzen, aber

spielerischem Interieur beider CITY Module. Der zweite Container, eine witzige Turnhalle, wurde von der Gruppe SKLENÍK (TREIBHAUS) entworfen. Hier konnten die Besucher Marathon laufen (falls sie 3500mal rund um liefen), Bock- und Barrentur-nen oder 4,6m Lauf probieren. Martin Hart von der KOMA erklärt, wie ihre Module in das historische Prag passen: „Von den Wohnmodulen stellen wir alle möglichen Bauten inklusive Kindergärten oder Krankenhäusern her, aber die CITY Module entwickel-ten wir, um mit den Installationen öffentliche Räume zum Leben erwecken. Und dies wird mit einer kleinen Turnhalle, wo man im Gehen Hürden überwinden kann, erfüllt.“ Es ist offensichtlich, dass man dem neuen Konzept in der Modulararchitektur in der Form von CITY Modulen eine große Verwendung zusprechen kann und gerade diese außergewöhnli-che Verwendung schafft Aufmerksamkeit.

Autor der Konzeption beider Präsentationen ist Ing. Arch. Jakub Mareš (FUD ZČU), der die Projekte mit den Studentengruppen verschiedener Fachrichtun-gen umsetzte.

In October 2014, the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia presented, as part of the Designblok 14 exhibition, one of its exhibits in atypical trapezoid-shaped CITY modules, developed by KOMA in cooperation with the architectural studio Chybík+Krištof AA and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. The containers attract people‘s attention also because they are situated right in the center of Prague, in Na Příkopech Street, i.e., one of the busiest and most attractive places in Prague with thousands of people walking past, as it is between Republic Square and Wenceslas Square.

The Faculty of Design and Art divided the container exhibit into two parts, or two creative groups. In one CITY module, the KYČN group created a place of rest, where passers-by could play games on tablets lying around on tables made of black OSB boards, while light OSB boards were used as doors and the sides of the containers, creating a pleasant tension with the mostly black, yet playful interior of both CITY modules. The other container, a kind of funny gym, was designed by the group SKLENÍK. In it,

people could run a marathon (if they ran 3,500 times in circles inside the container), exercise on a vaulting buck and parallel bars, or try a 4.6-meter run.

Martin Hart from KOMA explains how KOMA‘s CITY modules fit into the historic center of Prague: „We use habitable modules to produce all kinds of buildings, including kindergartens and hospitals, but CITY modules were developed for installations aimed at enlivening public spaces. A small gym, where people can do various exercises, surely serves this purpose.“ It is obvious that the brand new concept in modular architecture in the form of CITY modules can find a wide range of uses that always attract people‘s attention.

The creator of the concept of both presentations of the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art is Ing. arch. Jakub Mareš, who realized the projects with a group of students with various majors.

Die Fakultät für Design und Künste von Ladislav Sutnar in Pilsen stellte im Oktober 2014 im Rah-men der Ausstellung Designblock 14, ein atypisches Trapezmodul, das von KOMA in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekturbüro Chybik+Kristof AA und der Mährischen Galerie in Brünn entwickelt wurde, vor. Die Blockkonstruktion macht auf Grund ihrer Lage sofort auf sich Aufmerksam, da sie direkt im Stadtzentrum von Prag steht. Die Straße Am Graben ist im Hinblick auf die Fußgänger, eine der belebtes-ten und attraktivsten Orte in Prag und wird täglich von tausenden Menschen durchströmt – sie führt vom Platz der Republik zum Wenzelsplatz. Die Fa-kultät für Design und Künste teilte die Ausstellung in zwei Teile, bzw. in zwei schöpferische Gruppen. Die Gruppe KYČN kreierte in einem CITY Modul einen Spiel- und Erholungsraum, wo die Besucher und Vorübergehenden auf den Tablets Compu-terspiele spielen konnten. Die Tablets wurden auf den schwarzen OSB-Platten platziert. Die hellen OSB-Platten stellten Türen und auch Wände der Container dar und erzeugten eine angenehmen Spannung zu dem vorwiegend schwarzen, aber

spielerischem Interieur beider CITY Module. Der zweite Container, eine witzige Turnhalle, wurde von der Gruppe SKLENÍK (TREIBHAUS) entworfen. Hier konnten die Besucher Marathon laufen (falls sie 3500mal rund um liefen), Bock- und Barrentur-nen oder 4,6m Lauf probieren. Martin Hart von der KOMA erklärt, wie ihre Module in das historische Prag passen: „Von den Wohnmodulen stellen wir alle möglichen Bauten inklusive Kindergärten oder Krankenhäusern her, aber die CITY Module entwickel-ten wir, um mit den Installationen öffentliche Räume zum Leben erwecken. Und dies wird mit einer kleinen Turnhalle, wo man im Gehen Hürden überwinden kann, erfüllt.“ Es ist offensichtlich, dass man dem neuen Konzept in der Modulararchitektur in der Form von CITY Modulen eine große Verwendung zusprechen kann und gerade diese außergewöhnli-che Verwendung schafft Aufmerksamkeit.

Autor der Konzeption beider Präsentationen ist Ing. Arch. Jakub Mareš (FUD ZČU), der die Projekte mit den Studentengruppen verschiedener Fachrichtun-gen umsetzte.

Nejvýznamnější ukázkou toho, že je nějaká firma zdravá a stabilní je fakt, že nabírá nové zaměstnance. KOMA nově vytvořila na 15 přímých pracovních míst a další pracovní místa vzniknou sekundárně u dodavatelů.

Proč KOMA zavedla trojsměnný provoz? Je to v její historii poprvé.

Stanislav Martinec: „Ano, je to poprvé a došlo k tomu na základě zvýšeného množství zakázek. V současné době máme totiž trojnásobně více objednávek než v minulosti, kdy jsme druhou směnu měli vytíženou jen zhruba ze 70 %. Abychom mohli uspokojit jak stávající zákazníky, tak nové klienty v požadovaných termínech dodávek, zavádíme třetí směnu.“

Zaznamenali jste zvýšený zájem o vaši společnost a modulární výstavbu jako takovou díky výstavbě českého pavilonu EXPO? Je to zlom v historii firmy?

Stanislav Martinec: „ Je to zlom, ale spíše ve vztahu k veřejnosti. Vnitřně nám to přijde jako logické pokračování inovační snahy. Je to další dílek do mozaiky. Nikdy jsme modulární výstavbu nevnímali jako hotovou věc, ale jako oblast, kde je veliký prostor pro inovace, vývoj, výzkum. EXPO vlastně pokračuje v trendu rozšiřování inovací a možností modulární KOMA architektury.“

Takže poptávka po vašich produktech je znát i ze zahraničí mimo vliv EXPA?

Stanislav Martinec: „Ano, nejvíce je to znát v Německu, kde skvěle funguje uplatnění dočasných staveb. Zaznamenáváme významné posílení našeho postavení prostřednictvím německých partnerských společností, pro které moduly vyrábíme. Za to jsme velmi vděčni a bereme to jako ocenění.“

Vypadá to, že KOMA v Čechách nemá konkurenci.

Stanislav Martinec: „Konkurenci rozhodně máme a myslíme si, že konkurence je vždy dobrá, aby se každá společnost mohla rozvíjet. Je ale pravdou, že možná více než jiní věnujeme pozornost inovacím a vývoji nových způsobů výroby a výstavby. V KOMA jednoduše přistupujeme k modulární výstavbě odlišně.“

Jak?

Stanislav Martinec: „Tak, abychom si mohli říci, že svou prací můžeme obohatit svět. Nejde nám jen o obrat a zisk, jde nám o přístup k práci, kterou trávíme hodně svého času. Chceme být na svoji práci hrdi. Nad modulární výstavbou přemýšlíme v kontextu.“

Why did KOMA launch a 3-shift operation, for the first time in its history?

Stanislav Martinec: “Yes, it is the first time and is because of increased demand. We currently have three times as many orders as in the past, when our second shift was working at only 70% capacity. In order to meet the demands of both our existing customers as well as new clients, we have added the third shift.”

Is the increased interest in your company and modular construction as such because of the Czech EXPO pavilion? Is that the breakthrough in the history of your company?

Stanislav Martinec: “It is a breakthrough, but more in relation to the public. To us, it seems like a logical continuation of our innovative efforts. It is just anoth-er piece of the mosaic. We have never viewed modular construction as a finished system, but one with room for innovation, development and research. EXPO is in fact the continuation of the trend of expanding innovations and possibilities of modular KOMA architecture.”

So there is demand for your products even abroad, unrelated to EXPO?

Stanislav Martinec: “Yes, there is, mostly in Germany, where modular architecture is used in the construction of temporary buildings. We have seen a significant strengthening of our position through our German partners, for whom we produce our modules. We are very grateful for that and see it as recognition of our work.”

It sounds like KOMA has no competition in the Czech Republic.

Stanislav Martinec: “We definitely do have competi-tion and we believe that competition is always good and helps a company to develop. But it is true that perhaps more than others we pay attention to innova-tions and the development of new methods of produc-tion and construction. At KOMA, we simply approach modular construction differently.”

How differently?

Stanislav Martinec: “We do things so that we can make the world a better place. For us, it‘s not just about turnover and profit; we also care about the approach to work, which we spend a lot of our time on. We want to be proud of our work. We think about modular construction in context.”

Einer von den bedeutendsten Beispielen, dass eine Firma gesund und stabil ist, ist die Tatsache, dass neue Mitarbeiter angestellt werden. KOMA hat neu-lich 15 direkte Arbeitsplätze geschaffen, und weitere werden sekundär bei den Lieferanten gebildet.

Warum führte KOMA Dreischichtbetrieb ein? Ist es in ihrer Geschichte zum ersten Mal?

Stanislav Martinec: „ Ja, das ist zum erstem Mal, denn es ist zu vermehrten Anfragen gekommen. Zurzeit ha-ben wir nämlich dreimal so viele Anfragen wie in der Vergangenheit, als wir die zweite Schicht nur zu 70% ausnutzten. Damit wir alle bestehenden und auch neue Kunden in den angefragten Fristen beliefern können, führen wir die dritte Schicht ein.“

Haben Sie Dank des Ausbaus des tschechischen Pavillons EXPO ein erhöhtes Interesse um Ihre Gesellschaft gemerkt? Ist es eine Wende in der Geschichte der Firma?

Stanislav Martinec: „Es ist eine Wende, aber eher in der Beziehung zur Öffentlichkeit. Innerbetrieblich nehmen wir es als logische Fortsetzung innovativer Mühen. Es ist ein weiterer Stein in dem Mosaik. Wir haben Modulausbau nie als fertige Angelegenheit betrachtet, aber als ein Gebiet, wo Raum für Innovati-onen, Entwicklung und Forschung steckt. Die Anfrage nach ihren Produkten ist auch vom Ausland ohne EXPO-Einfluss zu merken?

Stanislav Martinec: „ Ja, am meisten ist es in Deutsch-land sichtbar, wo sich die Bauten perfekt eingegliedert haben. Wir registrieren eine markante Positionsstär-kung durch deutsche Partnergesellschaften, für die wir Module herstellen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar und nehmen es als eine Auszeichnung an.

Es scheint, dass KOMA in Tschechien keine Konkurrenz hat.

KOMA pokračuje v oživování veřejného prostoru pomocí CITY modulů, které vyvinula ve spolupráci s architektonickým ateliérem Chybík+Krištof AA a Moravskou galerií v Brně. A právě v prostorách Moravské galerie, konkrétně v prostorách brněnské-ho místodržitelského paláce, byly umístěny moduly, které doznaly vizuálních změn v dílně Táni Martin-cové.

Tradice Mezinárodního bienále grafického designu sahá do roku 1963 a patří k nejstarším a nejvýznam-nějším akcím v oboru vizuální komunikace ve světě. Brněnské bienále již více než pět desetiletí vytváří ve střední Evropě významnou mezinárodní platformu pro výstavy, diskuse a doprovodné programy o dy-namicky se rozvíjejícím grafickém designu a jeho významu pro utváření současné vizuální kultury.

CITY Moduly posloužily nejen pro zázemí Výtvarné dílny pro děti či různé druhy workshopů, ale i jako zázemí a podium pro taneční a pěvecká vystoupení různých interpretů doslova z celého světa. Oživová-ní veřejného prostoru našimi designovými moduly nám jednoduše dělá radost.

KOMA podporuje zajímavé akce, které mají širší společenský dopad. A mezi takové akce zcela jistě patřilo i Letní smíchovské kino v Praze. Jak již z podstaty užití stavby vyplývá, jednalo se o dočasnou stavbu v atraktivní lokalitě města. A právě dočasné kulturní a sportovní akce jsou jednou z aktivit společnosti KOMA, na kterou se v poslední době soustřeďujeme, neboť modulární výstavba je ideální nástroj k zajištění těchto akcí.

Smíchovské letní kino elegantně kombinuje širší spektrum produktů KOMA. Samotné zázemí kina bylo sestaveno z modulů StandardLine, dvě křídla zázemí pak spojovaly sanitární kontejnery. Velmi nápaditě byly využity také skladové kontejnery, které jednak plnily svoji původní skladovou funkci, jednak fungovaly i jako terasy. A nejen to – na jejich střechách byly také zaparkovány sponzorské automobily.

Celý areál doplňoval otevřený kontejner, který fungoval jako bar. Letní kino Smíchov v Praze jednoduše působilo elegantně a designově a vůbec nevadila ona kontejnerovost, na kterou mnozí v Čechách reagují s odstupem. Naopak – na břehu Vltavy kontejnery evokovaly původ přepravních kontejnerů a jejich cestovatelskou protřelost světem.

KOMA continues to enliven public spaces using CITY modules, which the company developed in cooperation with the Chybík + Krištof AA studio and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. It was at the Moravian Gallery, specifically on the premises of the Governor‘s Palace in Brno, where the CITY modules, visually modified in Táňa Martincová‘s workshop, were placed.

The Biennial of Graphic Design dates back to 1963 and is one of the oldest and most significant events in the field of visual communication worldwide. For over five decades, the Brno Biennial has provided a major international platform for exhibitions, discussions and accompanying programs in the dynamically expanding field of graphic design and its importance to contemporary visual culture.

CITY Modules were used not only for children‘s art and other types of workshops, but also as the backstage facilities and the stage for dance and singing performances of various artists from around the world. The use of our designer modules to enli-ven public spaces simply makes us happy.

KOMA supports interesting events with a wide social impact. One such event was the Summer Cinema in Praha Smíchov. As the purpose of the structure suggests, it was a temporary project in an attractive location. Temporary cultural and sports events are one of the activities the KOMA Company has recently focused on, as modular architecture is an ideal tool for their execution.

The Smíchov Summer Cinema elegantly combines a wide spectrum of KOMA products. StandardLine modules were used in the construction of the cinema‘s main building, whose two wings were connected by sanitary containers. The storage containers used served both the primary purpose of a storage facility and also that of a terrace. Apart from that, parked on top of them were automobiles of the cinema‘s sponsor.

Then there was an open container that was used as a bar. The Smíchov Summer Cinema gave the impression of an elegant designer venue, and no one seemed to mind the container style of construction, which many in the Czech Republic approach with reservations. On the contrary, the containers on the bank of the Vltava River reminded people of their origin as shipping containers and their worldliness.

KOMA trägt erheblich zur Belebung des öffent-lichen Raumes mit Hilfe von CITY Modulen bei. Diese Module wurden gemeinsam mit dem Archi-tektenbüro Chybik+Kristof AA und der Mährischen Galerie in Brünn entwickelt, in den Räumen vom Vogteipalais Brünn wurden die Module platziert, die visuell Änderungen im Büro von Táňa Martin-cová verändert wurden.

Die Tradition der Internationalen Biennale für Grafik-Design reicht in das Jahr 1963 und gehört zu den bedeutendsten Veranstaltungen im Bere-ich der visuellen Kommunikation in der Welt. Die Brünner Biennale bietet länger als fünf Jahrzehnte in Mitteleuropa eine Plattform für Ausstellungen, Diskussionen und Begleitprogramme über die sich immer entwickelnden graphischen Designs und dessen Bedeutung für die Gestaltung der heutigen visuellen Kultur.

CITY Module wurden nicht nur als das Umfeld der Kunstwerkstatt für Kinder oder Workshops son-dern auch als Umfeld und Podium für Tanz- und Musikauftritte von verschiedenen Interpretern der ganzen Welt verwendet. Das Beleben des öffentli-chen Raumes macht uns einfach Spaß.

KOMA unterstützt interessante Veranstaltungen, die bedeutende soziale Zwecke erfüllen. Unter anderem gehörte auch das Smíchov-Sommerkino in Prag dazu. Bei dem Gebäude und dessen Zweck handelte es sich um ein temporäres Projekt, dessen Konstruktion an einem attraktiven Standort in der Stadt war. Die zeitlich begrenzten Kultur- und Sportveranstaltungen sind eine der Tätigkeiten der KOMA Gesellschaft, auf die wir uns konzentrieren, denn die Modularkonstruktionen sind ein ideales Instrument zur Sicherung solcher Veranstaltungen.

Das Sommerkino Smíchov kombiniert elegant ein breiteres Spektrum der KOMA Produkte. Das Um-feld wurde von StandardLine Modulen zusammen-gestellt, zwei Flügel wurden mit Sanitärcontainern verbunden. Sehr einfallsreich wurden Lagercont-ainer genutzt, die ihre ursprüngliche Lagerfunktion erfüllten und gleichzeitig als Terrassen dienten. Zusätzlich wurden auf den Dächern Sponsor-Au-tos ausgestellt. Das gesamte Gelände wurde durch offene Container ergänzt, die als Bar dienten. Das Sommerkino Smíchov wirkte elegant und stilvoll und die sog. Containerartigkeit, die in Tschechien mit Distanz betrachtet wird, störte nicht. Im Gegen-teil – am Moldauufer erinnerten die Container an ursprüngliche Transportmittel auf dem Wasser und an gesammelte Welterfahrung.

KOMA pokračuje v oživování veřejného prostoru pomocí CITY modulů, které vyvinula ve spolupráci s architektonickým ateliérem Chybík+Krištof AA a Moravskou galerií v Brně. A právě v prostorách Moravské galerie, konkrétně v prostorách brněnské-ho místodržitelského paláce, byly umístěny moduly, které doznaly vizuálních změn v dílně Táni Martin-cové.

Tradice Mezinárodního bienále grafického designu sahá do roku 1963 a patří k nejstarším a nejvýznam-nějším akcím v oboru vizuální komunikace ve světě. Brněnské bienále již více než pět desetiletí vytváří ve střední Evropě významnou mezinárodní platformu pro výstavy, diskuse a doprovodné programy o dy-namicky se rozvíjejícím grafickém designu a jeho významu pro utváření současné vizuální kultury.

CITY Moduly posloužily nejen pro zázemí Výtvarné dílny pro děti či různé druhy workshopů, ale i jako zázemí a podium pro taneční a pěvecká vystoupení různých interpretů doslova z celého světa. Oživová-ní veřejného prostoru našimi designovými moduly nám jednoduše dělá radost.

KOMA podporuje zajímavé akce, které mají širší společenský dopad. A mezi takové akce zcela jistě patřilo i Letní smíchovské kino v Praze. Jak již z podstaty užití stavby vyplývá, jednalo se o dočasnou stavbu v atraktivní lokalitě města. A právě dočasné kulturní a sportovní akce jsou jednou z aktivit společnosti KOMA, na kterou se v poslední době soustřeďujeme, neboť modulární výstavba je ideální nástroj k zajištění těchto akcí.

Smíchovské letní kino elegantně kombinuje širší spektrum produktů KOMA. Samotné zázemí kina bylo sestaveno z modulů StandardLine, dvě křídla zázemí pak spojovaly sanitární kontejnery. Velmi nápaditě byly využity také skladové kontejnery, které jednak plnily svoji původní skladovou funkci, jednak fungovaly i jako terasy. A nejen to – na jejich střechách byly také zaparkovány sponzorské automobily.

Celý areál doplňoval otevřený kontejner, který fungoval jako bar. Letní kino Smíchov v Praze jednoduše působilo elegantně a designově a vůbec nevadila ona kontejnerovost, na kterou mnozí v Čechách reagují s odstupem. Naopak – na břehu Vltavy kontejnery evokovaly původ přepravních kontejnerů a jejich cestovatelskou protřelost světem.

KOMA continues to enliven public spaces using CITY modules, which the company developed in cooperation with the Chybík + Krištof AA studio and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. It was at the Moravian Gallery, specifically on the premises of the Governor‘s Palace in Brno, where the CITY modules, visually modified in Táňa Martincová‘s workshop, were placed.

The Biennial of Graphic Design dates back to 1963 and is one of the oldest and most significant events in the field of visual communication worldwide. For over five decades, the Brno Biennial has provided a major international platform for exhibitions, discussions and accompanying programs in the dynamically expanding field of graphic design and its importance to contemporary visual culture.

CITY Modules were used not only for children‘s art and other types of workshops, but also as the backstage facilities and the stage for dance and singing performances of various artists from around the world. The use of our designer modules to enli-ven public spaces simply makes us happy.

KOMA supports interesting events with a wide social impact. One such event was the Summer Cinema in Praha Smíchov. As the purpose of the structure suggests, it was a temporary project in an attractive location. Temporary cultural and sports events are one of the activities the KOMA Company has recently focused on, as modular architecture is an ideal tool for their execution.

The Smíchov Summer Cinema elegantly combines a wide spectrum of KOMA products. StandardLine modules were used in the construction of the cinema‘s main building, whose two wings were connected by sanitary containers. The storage containers used served both the primary purpose of a storage facility and also that of a terrace. Apart from that, parked on top of them were automobiles of the cinema‘s sponsor.

Then there was an open container that was used as a bar. The Smíchov Summer Cinema gave the impression of an elegant designer venue, and no one seemed to mind the container style of construction, which many in the Czech Republic approach with reservations. On the contrary, the containers on the bank of the Vltava River reminded people of their origin as shipping containers and their worldliness.

KOMA trägt erheblich zur Belebung des öffent-lichen Raumes mit Hilfe von CITY Modulen bei. Diese Module wurden gemeinsam mit dem Archi-tektenbüro Chybik+Kristof AA und der Mährischen Galerie in Brünn entwickelt, in den Räumen vom Vogteipalais Brünn wurden die Module platziert, die visuell Änderungen im Büro von Táňa Martin-cová verändert wurden.

Die Tradition der Internationalen Biennale für Grafik-Design reicht in das Jahr 1963 und gehört zu den bedeutendsten Veranstaltungen im Bere-ich der visuellen Kommunikation in der Welt. Die Brünner Biennale bietet länger als fünf Jahrzehnte in Mitteleuropa eine Plattform für Ausstellungen, Diskussionen und Begleitprogramme über die sich immer entwickelnden graphischen Designs und dessen Bedeutung für die Gestaltung der heutigen visuellen Kultur.

CITY Module wurden nicht nur als das Umfeld der Kunstwerkstatt für Kinder oder Workshops son-dern auch als Umfeld und Podium für Tanz- und Musikauftritte von verschiedenen Interpretern der ganzen Welt verwendet. Das Beleben des öffentli-chen Raumes macht uns einfach Spaß.

KOMA unterstützt interessante Veranstaltungen, die bedeutende soziale Zwecke erfüllen. Unter anderem gehörte auch das Smíchov-Sommerkino in Prag dazu. Bei dem Gebäude und dessen Zweck handelte es sich um ein temporäres Projekt, dessen Konstruktion an einem attraktiven Standort in der Stadt war. Die zeitlich begrenzten Kultur- und Sportveranstaltungen sind eine der Tätigkeiten der KOMA Gesellschaft, auf die wir uns konzentrieren, denn die Modularkonstruktionen sind ein ideales Instrument zur Sicherung solcher Veranstaltungen.

1/ Základní škola v AntverpáchSpolečně s partnerskou firmou Jan Snel dodala KOMA další ze svých školských staveb. Tentokrát se jedná o základní školu De Burschte Weel v Antverpách, která má pět modulárních pavilonů. V pěti budovách je 12 tříd o celkové rozloze 900 m2. Pavilony splňují belgickou energetickou normu EPB, jsou v požární odolnosti 60 min a mají fasádu z pozinkovaných lakovaných kazet z produkce KOMA. Základní škola je dodána včetně tělocvičny, která je řešena prefabrikovaným systémem s betonovou podlahou a vnitřní výškou 4,5 m. Vzhled exteriéru přiznává

4/ KOMA je společensky odpovědnou firmouKOMA se stala hrdým partnerem projektu Srdcerváči, který se celým srdcem rve za dostatek férové práce pro zdravotně postižené. Úspěšná kampaň Nadačního fondu pro podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením(NFOZP) s názvem Srdcerváči pokračuje po velmi úspěšném minulém roce, kdy se Srdcerváčům podařilo získat téměř 500 000 korun. Srdcerváči pak také našli práci pro více než 600 lidí. Výtěžek sbírky byl totiž věnován na podporu nových pracovních příležitostí pro lidi, kteří neměli v životě štěstí a kvůli svým handicapům těžko hledají zaměstnání. 1/ An elementary school in Antwerp

Together with its business partner, Jan Snel, KOMA has supplied another school building. This time it was the De Burschte Weel Elementary School in Antwerp, comprised of five modular pavilions. The five buildings, extending over 900 sq. meters, hold 12 classrooms. The pavilions meet the Belgian Energy Standard EPB, provide 60-minute fire resistance and feature a galvanized lacquered panel facade made by KOMA. The elementary school came with a prefab gym with a concrete floor and an inner clearance of 4.5 meters. The building‘s exterior points to its container origin, as the client was interested mainly in the quality and speed of construction.

4/ KOMA is a socially responsible company

KOMA has become a proud partner of the Srdcerváči project, which fights for fair employment opportunities for people with disabilities. A success-ful campaign by the Support Employment of People with Disabilities Foundation called Srdcerváči con-tinues after its success last year, when they managed to receive close to CZK 500,000. The Srdcerváči cam-paign also helped 600 people to find work, as the proceeds of the collection were donated to new em-ployment opportunities for people who weren‘t so lucky in life and due to their handicap have a hard time finding a job. 1/ Grundschule in Antwerpen

Gemeinsam mit Partnergesellschaft Jan Snel baute KOMA eine von weitere Schule. Diesmal handelt es sich um eine Grundschule De Burschte Weel in Ant-werpen, die aus fünf Modularpavillons zusammen-gestellt ist. In fünf Gebäuden gibt es 12 Klassen auf der Gesamtfläche von 900m2. Die Pavillons erfüllen die belgische Energienorm EPB, befinden sich in der Feuerbeständigkeit 60 min und die Fassade besteht von lackierten Verzink-Kammern von der KOMA Produktion. Das Gebäude wurde inklusive der Turnhalle geliefert. Die Turnhalle wird durch Fertigbauteilsystem mit Betonboden und Innenhö-he von 4,5 m gelöst. Das Innendesign gesteht eine gewisse Containerartigkeit ein, denn den Klienten interessierte vor allem die Qualität und die Bauge-schwindigkeit.

4/ KOMA ist ein sozial verantwor- tungsvolles Unternehmen

KOMA wurde zum stolzen Partner des Projekts „Srdcerváči“, das mit ganzem Herzen für genug faire Arbeit für körperlich Behinderte kämpft. Die er-folgreiche Kampagne des Fonds zur Förderung von Beschäftigung für Menschen mit Körperbehinde-rung, namens „Srdcerváči“ setzt nach einem erfolg-reichen Jahr fort, im letzten Jahr haben sie fast 500 000 Kronen gesammelt. Srdcerváči hat für mehr als 600 Menschen einen Job gefunden. Der gesammelte Betrag wird zur Unterstützung neuer Arbeitsplätze für Menschen, die im Leben kein Glück hatten und wegen Behinderungen schlecht einen Arbeitsplatz finden, gespendet. 2/ Další sociální KOMA domy v HamburkuDodávky KOMA kontejnerů pro německou firmu COMMA za účelem výstavby sociálních domů v Hamburku pokračují. První realizace proběhla v říjnu 2012, kdy jsme dodali 5 sociálních domů pro městskou část Hamburg-Curslack, a poté následovala dodávka 6 domů v březnu 2013 do Lewenwerderu. Dále následovaly dodávky do Litzwer Str. v prosinci 2013 a letos v květnu do Rahlstedter Str. Na podzim vyrobíme 396 kontejnerů pro oblasti August-Kirch-Str. (14 domů) a Pinneberger Str. (8 domů). Takový počet kontejnerů je skutečně významných úspěchem a KOMA si této spolupráce velice váží.

5/ Administrativní budova pro autobazar ESAKOMA vybudovala administrativní budovu pro autobazar ESA v Ostravě. Klient si modulární KOMA systém vybral proto, že se jedná o bezkonkurenčně nejrychlejší proces výstavby a navíc se jde o budovu, která není a priori vázaná na konkrétní parcelu. Autobazar se tedy může poměrně lehce a elegantně přemístit i na jiné místo, bude-li to zapotřebí. Objekt tvoří 8 ks velkoformátových modulů Comfort, což umožnilo, aby byl interiér bez sloupů. Užitná plocha sestavy je 216 m2. Budově, která je obložena sekundární hliníkovou fasádou Debond, dominuje reklamní poutač AUTO ESA.

3/ Modulární Hraniční přechod Velké SlemenceDrobná modulární KOMA výstavba je velmi vhodná například pro hraniční přechody při výstavbě celnic. Jedna taková celnice z produkce KOMA Slovakia stojí také na hranicích Slovenska a Ukrajiny. Zázemí pro celníky má rozlohu 90 m2 a je sestaveno ze čtyř modulů výrobkové řady ComfortLine. Investor si zvolil tento typ výstavby z jediného důvodu – klíčové výhody modulární výstavby, kterou je rychlost. Jako další výhoda se ukazuje i fakt, že se nejedná o trvalou stavbu; lze ji libovolně rozšířit, případně i přemístit. Opláštění budovy je řešeno vodorovnou vlnou, součástí stavby je atypická atika. Celá stavba je vytápěna elektrickými přímotopy.

6/ KOMA pokračuje ve výstavbě škol v Sint-NiklaasKOMA v minulosti již pro město Sint-Niklaas vyrobila a dodala jednu školu, která patří mezi nejatraktivnější školské reference firmy KOMA. Proto jsme velmi potěšeni, že jsme mohli na tuto realizaci navázat dodávkou další školské stavby, kterou jsme opět realizovali ve spolupráci se zahraničním partnerem, firmou Jan Snel. Přístavba školy je tentokrát složena ze 6 modulů o rozměrech 6,3 x 3 m se světlou výškou k podhledu 2,5 m. Uvnitř má škola betonovou podlahu, v exteriéru působí velmi atraktivně zejména díky použití dřevěné fasády. Budova je vybavena vzduchotechnikou a solárními panely na střeše; obě instalace splňují aktuální požadavky belgické normy EPB.

2/ More social housing by KOMA in Hamburg

KOMA continues to supply its containers to the German company COMMA for the construction of social housing in Hamburg. The first delivery took place in October 2012, when we supplied 5 social houses for the Hamburg borough of Curs-lack, which was followed by a delivery of 6 houses in March 2013 for the quarter Lewenwerder. Other deliveries included houses for Litzwer St. in Decem-ber 2013 and Rahlstedter St. in May of this year. In autumn, we are going to produce 396 containers for the areas of August-Kirch-St. (14 houses) and Pinneberger St. (8 houses). An order of this size is a significant success for KOMA and the company values this cooperation.

5/ Administrative building for the ESA used car dealership

KOMA has built an administrative building for the Ostrava used car dealership, ESA. The client had decided on the modular KOMA system because it is the fastest type of construction available. Besides that, the structure is not permanently bound to any particular location. The used car lot can easily move if necessary. The building is made up of 8 large-format Comfort modules, which allowed the interior to be free of columns. The total floor area of the building is 216 sq. meters. The dominant feature of the building, which is fitted with a secondary aluminum Debond facade, is the AUTO ESA sign.

3/ Modular border checkpoint at Velké Slemence

Small modular KOMA buildings are suitable e.g., as customs houses at border checkpoints. One such customs house, produced by KOMA Slovakia, was built on the Slovakia-Ukraine border. The office space for customs officers, extending over 90 sq. meters, consists of four ComfortLine modules. The investor chose this type of construction for one rea-son – the key advantage of modular construction, which is speed. Another advantage is the fact that it is not a permanent structure; it can be extended or relocated. The building‘s exterior features hori-zontal corrugations and a rather atypical attic. The entire building is heated using electric heaters.

6/ KOMA continues to build schools in Sint-Niklaas

KOMA had previously produced and delivered one school for the city of Sint-Niklaas, one of the most attractive school buildings by the KOMA Company. That is why we were very pleased to supply yet an-other school facility, which we realized in coopera-tion with our foreign partner, the Jan Snel Company. The extension to the existing school is made up of 6 modules sized 6.3 by 3 meters, with a vertical clear-ance of 2.5 meters. Inside, the school has a concrete floor, and its exterior looks very attractive mainly thanks to the use of a wooden facade. The building is equipped with air-conditioning and solar panels on the roof. Their installation ensures that the add-on meets the current requirements of the Belgian standard EPB.

2/ Weitere Sozialheime KOMA in Hamburg

Die Lieferungen der KOMA Container für die deutsche Gesellschaft COMMA zum Zwecke des Ausbaus von Sozialheimen in Hamburg setzen fort. Im Oktober 2012 lieferten wir die ersten fünf Sozialheime für Hamburg-Curslack und danach folgte die Lieferung von sechs Heimen im März 2013 nach Lewenwerder. Weiter folgten Lieferungen nach Litzwer Str. im Dezember 2013 und dieses Jahr im Mai in die Rahlstedter Str. Im Herbst werden wir 396 Container für die Gebiete August-Kirch-Str. (14 Heime) a Pinneberger Str. (8 Heime) herstellen. Solch eine große Anzahl von Containern ist ein bedeutender Erfolg und die Firma KOMA schätzt die Zusammenarbeit sehr.

5/ Bürogebäude für Autohandel

KOMA baute ein Bürogebäude für den Autovertrieb ESA in Ostrava. Der Kunde hat dieses Modulsystem gewählt, weil es bei weitem den schnellsten Bau-prozess vorweisen kann, außerdem ist das Gebäude nicht an ein bestimmtes Grundstück gebunden. Der Autovertrieb kann, wenn notwendig, problemlos und elegant verlegt werden. Das Objekt besteht aus acht großformatigen Comfort Modulen, dies er-möglichte ein säulenfreies Interieur. Die Nutzfläche beträgt 216 m2. Das Gebäude, das mit einer Sekun-därfassade Debond ausgestattet ist, wird durch Werbeschild AUTO ESA geziert.

3/ Modularer Grenzübergang Velké Slemence

Kleinmodularausbau KOMA ist sehr gut z.B. für die Grenzübergänge, zum Ausbau von Zollhäusern, geeignet. Ein Zollhaus von der KOMA Slovakia Produktion steht an der Slowakisch-Ukrainischen Grenze. Das Grundstück der Zöllner nimmt eine Fläche von 90m2 ein und ist von vier Modulen der Produktreihe ComfortLine zusammengestellt. Der Investor hat diesen Ausbautyp aus einem einzigen Grund gewählt – der Hauptvorteil des Modularaus-baus ist die Ausbaugeschwindigkeit. Ein weiterer Vorteil zeigt sich auch daran, dass es sich nicht um einen endgültigen Bau handelt – man kann ihn beliebig erweitern, bzw. auch verlegen. Die Um-hüllung wird durch Vertikalwellen gesichert, ein Bestandteil des Baus ist eine atypische Attika. Der Bau wird mit Elektroheizkörpern geheizt.

6/ KOMA setzt im Ausbau von Schulgebäuden Sint-Niklaas fort

KOMA hat schon in der Vergangenheit ein Schul-gebäude für Sint-Niklaas hergestellt. Das Schulge-bäude gehört zu den attraktivsten Referenzen der KOMA Gesellschaft. Deswegen sind wir wirklich erfreut, dass wir an dieser Realisierung mit einer weiteren Lieferung anknüpfen konnten, diese Lieferung wurde in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem ausländischem Partner Jan Snel verwirklicht. Der Schulanbau beinhaltet sechs Module von Ausmaß 6,3 x 3m und Plafondshöhe 2,5m. Im Inneren gibt es einen Betonboden, von außen wirkt das Gebäude dank einer Holzfassade attraktiv und modern. Das Schulgebäude ist mit Lufttechnik und Solarpanel auf dem Dach ausgestattet. Beide erfüllen die aktu-ellen belgischen EPB Normen.

Die Pavillons erfüllen die belgische Energienorm EPB, befinden sich in der Feuerbeständigkeit 60 min und die Fassade besteht von lackierten Verzink-Kammern von der KOMA Produktion. Das Gebäude wurde inklusive der Turnhalle geliefert. Die Turnhalle wird durch Fertigbauteilsystem mit Betonboden und Innenhö-he von 4,5 m gelöst. Das Innendesign gesteht eine gewisse Containerartigkeit ein, denn den Klienten interessierte vor allem die Qualität und die Bauge-schwindigkeit.

4/ KOMA ist ein sozial verantwor- tungsvolles Unternehmen

KOMA wurde zum stolzen Partner des Projekts „Srdcerváči“, das mit ganzem Herzen für genug faire Arbeit für körperlich Behinderte kämpft. Die er-folgreiche Kampagne des Fonds zur Förderung von Beschäftigung für Menschen mit Körperbehinde-rung, namens „Srdcerváči“ setzt nach einem erfolg-reichen Jahr fort, im letzten Jahr haben sie fast 500 000 Kronen gesammelt. Srdcerváči hat für mehr als 600 Menschen einen Job gefunden. Der gesammelte Betrag wird zur Unterstützung neuer Arbeitsplätze für Menschen, die im Leben kein Glück hatten und wegen Behinderungen schlecht einen Arbeitsplatz finden, gespendet. 2/ Další sociální KOMA domy v HamburkuDodávky KOMA kontejnerů pro německou firmu COMMA za účelem výstavby sociálních domů v Hamburku pokračují. První realizace proběhla v říjnu 2012, kdy jsme dodali 5 sociálních domů pro městskou část Hamburg-Curslack, a poté následovala dodávka 6 domů v březnu 2013 do Lewenwerderu. Dále následovaly dodávky do Litzwer Str. v prosinci 2013 a letos v květnu do Rahlstedter Str. Na podzim vyrobíme 396 kontejnerů pro oblasti August-Kirch-Str. (14 domů) a Pinneberger Str. (8 domů). Takový počet kontejnerů je skutečně významných úspěchem a KOMA si této spolupráce velice váží.

5/ Administrativní budova pro autobazar ESAKOMA vybudovala administrativní budovu pro autobazar ESA v Ostravě. Klient si modulární KOMA systém vybral proto, že se jedná o bezkonkurenčně nejrychlejší proces výstavby a navíc se jde o budovu, která není a priori vázaná na konkrétní parcelu. Autobazar se tedy může poměrně lehce a elegantně přemístit i na jiné místo, bude-li to zapotřebí. Objekt tvoří 8 ks velkoformátových modulů Comfort, což umožnilo, aby byl interiér bez sloupů. Užitná plocha sestavy je 216 m2. Budově, která je obložena sekundární hliníkovou fasádou Debond, dominuje reklamní poutač AUTO ESA.

3/ Modulární Hraniční přechod Velké SlemenceDrobná modulární KOMA výstavba je velmi vhodná například pro hraniční přechody při výstavbě celnic. Jedna taková celnice z produkce KOMA Slovakia stojí také na hranicích Slovenska a Ukrajiny. Zázemí pro celníky má rozlohu 90 m2 a je sestaveno ze čtyř modulů výrobkové řady ComfortLine. Investor si zvolil tento typ výstavby z jediného důvodu – klíčové výhody modulární výstavby, kterou je rychlost. Jako další výhoda se ukazuje i fakt, že se nejedná o trvalou stavbu; lze ji libovolně rozšířit, případně i přemístit. Opláštění budovy je řešeno vodorovnou vlnou, součástí stavby je atypická atika. Celá stavba je vytápěna elektrickými přímotopy.

6/ KOMA pokračuje ve výstavbě škol v Sint-NiklaasKOMA v minulosti již pro město Sint-Niklaas vyrobila a dodala jednu školu, která patří mezi nejatraktivnější školské reference firmy KOMA. Proto jsme velmi potěšeni, že jsme mohli na tuto realizaci navázat dodávkou další školské stavby, kterou jsme opět realizovali ve spolupráci se zahraničním partnerem, firmou Jan Snel. Přístavba školy je tentokrát složena ze 6 modulů o rozměrech 6,3 x 3 m se světlou výškou k podhledu 2,5 m. Uvnitř má škola betonovou podlahu, v exteriéru působí velmi atraktivně zejména díky použití dřevěné fasády. Budova je vybavena vzduchotechnikou a solárními panely na střeše; obě instalace splňují aktuální požadavky belgické normy EPB.

2/ More social housing by KOMA in Hamburg

KOMA continues to supply its containers to the German company COMMA for the construction of social housing in Hamburg. The first delivery took place in October 2012, when we supplied 5 social houses for the Hamburg borough of Curs-lack, which was followed by a delivery of 6 houses in March 2013 for the quarter Lewenwerder. Other deliveries included houses for Litzwer St. in Decem-ber 2013 and Rahlstedter St. in May of this year. In autumn, we are going to produce 396 containers for the areas of August-Kirch-St. (14 houses) and Pinneberger St. (8 houses). An order of this size is a significant success for KOMA and the company values this cooperation.

5/ Administrative building for the ESA used car dealership

KOMA has built an administrative building for the Ostrava used car dealership, ESA. The client had decided on the modular KOMA system because it is the fastest type of construction available. Besides that, the structure is not permanently bound to any particular location. The used car lot can easily move if necessary. The building is made up of 8 large-format Comfort modules, which allowed the interior to be free of columns. The total floor area of the building is 216 sq. meters. The dominant feature of the building, which is fitted with a secondary aluminum Debond facade, is the AUTO ESA sign.

3/ Modular border checkpoint at Velké Slemence

Small modular KOMA buildings are suitable e.g., as customs houses at border checkpoints. One such customs house, produced by KOMA Slovakia, was built on the Slovakia-Ukraine border. The office space for customs officers, extending over 90 sq. meters, consists of four ComfortLine modules. The investor chose this type of construction for one rea-son – the key advantage of modular construction, which is speed. Another advantage is the fact that it is not a permanent structure; it can be extended or relocated. The building‘s exterior features hori-zontal corrugations and a rather atypical attic. The entire building is heated using electric heaters.

6/ KOMA continues to build schools in Sint-Niklaas

KOMA had previously produced and delivered one school for the city of Sint-Niklaas, one of the most attractive school buildings by the KOMA Company. That is why we were very pleased to supply yet an-other school facility, which we realized in coopera-tion with our foreign partner, the Jan Snel Company. The extension to the existing school is made up of 6 modules sized 6.3 by 3 meters, with a vertical clear-ance of 2.5 meters. Inside, the school has a concrete floor, and its exterior looks very attractive mainly thanks to the use of a wooden facade. The building is equipped with air-conditioning and solar panels on the roof. Their installation ensures that the add-on meets the current requirements of the Belgian standard EPB.

2/ Weitere Sozialheime KOMA in Hamburg

Die Lieferungen der KOMA Container für die deutsche Gesellschaft COMMA zum Zwecke des Ausbaus von Sozialheimen in Hamburg setzen fort. Im Oktober 2012 lieferten wir die ersten fünf Sozialheime für Hamburg-Curslack und danach folgte die Lieferung von sechs Heimen im März 2013 nach Lewenwerder. Weiter folgten Lieferungen nach Litzwer Str. im Dezember 2013 und dieses Jahr im Mai in die Rahlstedter Str. Im Herbst werden wir 396 Container für die Gebiete August-Kirch-Str. (14 Heime) a Pinneberger Str. (8 Heime) herstellen. Solch eine große Anzahl von Containern ist ein bedeutender Erfolg und die Firma KOMA schätzt die Zusammenarbeit sehr.

5/ Bürogebäude für Autohandel

KOMA baute ein Bürogebäude für den Autovertrieb ESA in Ostrava. Der Kunde hat dieses Modulsystem gewählt, weil es bei weitem den schnellsten Bau-prozess vorweisen kann, außerdem ist das Gebäude nicht an ein bestimmtes Grundstück gebunden. Der Autovertrieb kann, wenn notwendig, problemlos und elegant verlegt werden. Das Objekt besteht aus acht großformatigen Comfort Modulen, dies er-möglichte ein säulenfreies Interieur. Die Nutzfläche beträgt 216 m2. Das Gebäude, das mit einer Sekun-därfassade Debond ausgestattet ist, wird durch Werbeschild AUTO ESA geziert.

3/ Modularer Grenzübergang Velké Slemence

Kleinmodularausbau KOMA ist sehr gut z.B. für die Grenzübergänge, zum Ausbau von Zollhäusern, geeignet. Ein Zollhaus von der KOMA Slovakia Produktion steht an der Slowakisch-Ukrainischen Grenze. Das Grundstück der Zöllner nimmt eine Fläche von 90m2 ein und ist von vier Modulen der Produktreihe ComfortLine zusammengestellt. Der Investor hat diesen Ausbautyp aus einem einzigen Grund gewählt – der Hauptvorteil des Modularaus-baus ist die Ausbaugeschwindigkeit. Ein weiterer Vorteil zeigt sich auch daran, dass es sich nicht um einen endgültigen Bau handelt – man kann ihn beliebig erweitern, bzw. auch verlegen. Die Um-hüllung wird durch Vertikalwellen gesichert, ein Bestandteil des Baus ist eine atypische Attika. Der Bau wird mit Elektroheizkörpern geheizt.

6/ KOMA setzt im Ausbau von Schulgebäuden Sint-Niklaas fort

KOMA hat schon in der Vergangenheit ein Schul-gebäude für Sint-Niklaas hergestellt. Das Schulge-bäude gehört zu den attraktivsten Referenzen der KOMA Gesellschaft. Deswegen sind wir wirklich erfreut, dass wir an dieser Realisierung mit einer weiteren Lieferung anknüpfen konnten, diese Lieferung wurde in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem ausländischem Partner Jan Snel verwirklicht. Der Schulanbau beinhaltet sechs Module von Ausmaß 6,3 x 3m und Plafondshöhe 2,5m. Im Inneren gibt es einen Betonboden, von außen wirkt das Gebäude dank einer Holzfassade attraktiv und modern. Das Schulgebäude ist mit Lufttechnik und Solarpanel auf dem Dach ausgestattet. Beide erfüllen die aktu-ellen belgischen EPB Normen.
