KOMA ® PVC Trim TRIM KOMA Celuka Process Boards In the KOMA Celuka process, special extrusion tooling allows for the cooling of the outer surface of the material while creating an intended cavity inside the profile. This cavity allows inward expansion of the cellular material, resulting in a trimboard with a hard, smooth outer surface and a strong cellular core. This process results in the hardest, most durable surface of any PVC building product available. All KOMA cellular PVC trim products come shrink-wrapped in tight, thick, 2mm specialty polymer blend film that resists puncturing, tearing and zippering and is UV-stabilized for extended storage. You’ll notice the difference upon delivery with no mars, dents or scratches. Builders love the KOMA difference as they nail, glue, drill, rout, and cut our PVC trim boards using regular tools. And while KOMA exterior PVC trim products are UV-resistant, and require no paint for protection, the special proprietary surface provides excellent adhesion for any custom 100% acrylic latex paint color less than #65 on the light reflective scale. KOMA PVC trim products look, feel and work just like high quality wood, but are impervious to moisture, insects and just about anything else Mother Nature can deal out. KOMA PVC trim board won’t swell, rot, split, delaminate or cup, even under the harshest of conditions. The secret is Celuka extrusion process that delivers the hardest surface in the industry, and the most exacting thicknesses ever manufactured. Quick Facts • Best trim choice for surface durability • Insect-resistant • Impervious to moisture • Workable with same tools and fasteners as wood • Easy to nail, glue, rout or cut • Excellent paint adhesion

KOMA Celuka Process BoardsIn the KOMA Celuka process, special extrusion tooling allows for the cooling of the outer surface of the material while creating an intended cavity inside the profile.

And while KOMA exterior PVC trim products are UV-resistant, and require no paint for protection, the special proprietary surface providesexcellent adhesion for any custom 100% acrylic latex paint color less than #65 on the light reflective scale.

KOMA PVC trim products look, feel and work just like high quality wood, but areimpervious to moisture, insects and just about anything else Mother Nature can deal out.

KOMA PVC trim board won’t swell, rot, split, delaminate or cup, even under the harshest of conditions. The secret is Celuka extrusion process that delivers the hardest surface in the industry, and the most exacting thicknesses ever manufactured.
