Feeling Pressure?Unfortunately, high blood pressure is a silent disease,

providing no symptoms at all. And many people don’t really understand what their blood pressure numbers

mean, if they know them at all. If you’re a normal, otherwise healthy individual, your blood pressure should

be no higher than 120/80. The recommendations are different for people with chronic conditions, such as

diabetes. Get your blood pressure checked. And work with your doctor to keep hypertension under control.
