Tools design & production

Jutrix tool shop undertakes complex development tasks in die and process technology :

- from drawing design up to fabrication and the final adjustment of the serial tools ;

- from simple cutting to automatic precision stamping tools ;

- tools servicing, repair and maintenance;

Stamping tools with sizes up to 1000 x 1500 mm.

Stamping & deep drawing

Production base is over 50 different presses :

- Mechanical presses range – from 3 up to 1000 t

- 10 Automatic presses lines – from 25 up to 250 t

- Hydraulic presses – 100-250 t

Material: hot|cold rolled steel, zinc coated sheet,

aluminium, stainless steel

Thickness : 0,2 - 15 mm

Width : up to 1000 mm

Lenght :up to 3000 mm ( per few steps )

• Products assembling by pressing, riveting, spot or robot welding.

• Production capabilities reach more than 10 mln items per month.
