The first place for great keywords is in the “Job Title”
Be sure your keywords, not the requisition number, are first and foremost in your Job Title
Posting Information for Your Position
Next add key particulars about your Job Posting so that it is found by the best candidatesCountry, State, City and Zip Code are very important to a Job Posting as many candidates are only looking for positions in key locationsSecurity Clearance levels are independent of one another so you may choose more than one
Categories for your Job Posting
Under Category you will want to select as many as pertain to your positions
You may think your position belongs in only one category but a candidate may look for it in another category
For example, you may think your job posting is Administrative but the candidates you are seeking may think the position will be posted under Management, so post it under both of these categories
Key points about your Job Description
Making a job description attractive is difficult when there are many required job description statementsHowever, the more detailed the job description, the better the candidates who apply.Be sure to include information on your company, location and key responsibilities you are expecting from the candidate. Finally, keywords, keywords, keywords… just as recruiters search on keywords, so will candidates. Be sure you include top keywords like company name, location and the skills in your job description

Managing Your Job Postings
You can View, Edit, Delete any of your job postings in the Posted Jobs section of your Job Manager on your My Account dashboard
Job Postings are like “parking spaces” which allow you to Move your jobs from Active to Queue and ExpiredIn the Queue means they are waiting to be made ActiveExpired job postings means they have gone 30 days without being refreshed
Refreshing your jobs keeps them fresh and in front of the candidates. Very important!
