DESCRIPTIONThe redesigned JC Carter LNG Quick Disconnect Coupling has set the world standard for LNG refueling applications. It features the most efficient nozzle available today, providing vehicle refueling in 5 minutes or less! No need to wait to disconnect thanks to JC Carter’s Ice Breaker® technology. No other nozzle in its class can refuel more vehicles more efficiently than the JC Carter LNG nozzle. Designed for no-vent fueling activities, the new seals and poppet ensure problem-free operation. The LNG nozzle is opened and closed for connection using the double handled scissors. The receptacle mounts on the tank of the LNG fueled vehicle. For added safety, both the nozzle and receptacle incorporate independent shut-off valves which prevent LNG flow if forced separation occurs. The optional dust cap is recommended to prevent debris from entering the receptacle when not in use.

DESCRIPTIONThe redesigned JC Carter Single Line Cryogenic Fuel Coupling is designed for no-vent fueling stations. New seals and poppet ensure problem-free operation. The coupling is connected to the receptacle and activated through a 1/4 turn motion.

The receptacle mounts on the tank of the LNG fueled vehicle. For added safety, both the coupling and receptacle incorporate independent shut-off valves which prevent LNG flow if forced separation occurs.

JC CARTER LNG NOZZLE ACCESSORIESJC Carter offers two different solutions to reduce operating costs and increase nozzle life. JC Carter does not recommend docking the LNG nozzle to the dispenser mounted receptacle when not in use. Nozzle docking wears out seals, parts and components at an accelerated rate. Using the nozzle balancer or nozzle stand extends nozzle life and improves fueling capacity.

PN 62271 — Nozzle StandThe nozzle stand creates a longer life for the nozzle by evenly distributing the nozzle’s weight into the stand. Placing the nozzle into the stand when not in use puts less stress on the latches and other critical nozzle components. When the nozzle is placed into the stand, the poppet is in a dry atmosphere which keeps debris from entering and contaminating the system.

PN 6704A64 — Nozzle BalancerThe nozzle balancer creates longer life by eliminating the need to dock the nozzle when not in use. Using the balancer reduces the expense and wear on the seals and latches that are typically stressed and worn with traditional nozzle docking. The 360º swivel also allows the operator to freely move the nozzle without restriction for easier connection and fueling.

Advanced construction technology ensures the ability to handle high working pressures while retaining maximum hose flexibility.

JC Carter hoses are available in 1 inch for LNG fueling applications and 1/2 inch hose for vent applications. A number of variations of braiding and coating are available to satisfy your specific requirements.
