Next steps-Approval details
Once the vacancy is sent for approval, it can not be accessed again until all approvers have approved it.
Details for the vacancy are available in the email notification that each approver will receive and when they log in to do their approval.
Once the vacancy is approved by all members of the approval chain, it will be posted and available for searching by internal and external job seekers
If someone in the approval chain rejects it, it will need to be re-created by the initial requestor.

Workflow Notification Options
Approve--sends item to the next person in the chain to approve the vacancy. Once
all approvers have approved, the vacancy will post. Return for Correction--You can ask the initial submitter of the vacancy to make a
correction to it and resubmit it for approval. Whoever asked for the correction will receive an email notification and the person who needs to make the correction will also receive a notification. Once the change is made, it will go back through the approval chain again.
Reject--Once an item is rejected, it is purged from the database. Request Information--A person who receives a notification can ask for more
information, but simultaneously, still approve the requisition if they want to even if the person they requested information from never responds.
Re-assign--You can delegate your authority to approve to another person for this
vacancy only.
