Your TASK is to click on each task to learn about life in the Middle Ages. In your quest you will:

1) Learn about Medieval life contrasted with modern life. You will then choose an amazing person from the Middle Ages to write about in a journal entry. You will write it from their perspective about a day in their life during the Middle Ages, including how their accomplishments have contributed to modern life;

2) Learn about Medieval life and then create a coat of arms online to demonstrate what you think a coat of arms would look like for the Medieval person you chose in Task 1. Print it out;

3) Learn the trade route of the Silk Road by watching a video and viewing the trade route map. You will make an archaeologist’s exhibit of at least 5 items, showing Middle Ages art, animals, food, clothes, music, etc., that are linked to modern society, explaining why you chose each item;

4) Finally, share what you have found with the other archaeologists in class!
