• We re a not for profit community organisation.

• Assist people in Southern Tasmania to access training and find ongoing,

sustainable employment.

• Workskills began in 1983 as the Bridgewater-Brighton Community Youth

Support Scheme.

• Since the e e gro , ha ged a d e pa ded i oth size a d ra ge of services. Now have five offices covering client and employer needs across

Southern Tasmania.

• We re a Job Services Australia provider, contracted to the Fed. Government

• Our vision of contributing to the growth of capable, working, prosperous

communities.

market segment, that manager, that company?

Research – look up the web, check publications, look for an

annual report or other high level documents.

Get a friend or family member to help.

Let them interview you. Reverse roles.

Watch how they react.

OMG. What do I wear?!

This is really important.

Do t dress for the jo you have.

Dress for the job you want.

Dress to fit in with their standards.

should ALWAYS be neat and tidy.

Hair, teeth, lea lothes, i ludi g shoes. Get so eo e else s opinion. Get some new gear if you have to.

Shower and freshen up!
