It is the process of going inward to create meaning for ourselves.•People with intrapersonal intelligence are adept at looking inward and figuring out their own feelings, motivations and goals. They are introspective and seek understanding. They are intuitive and typically introverted. They learn best independently.

Eastern philosophies.

Learn to meditate.

Listen to motivational audio- and videos.

Write your autobiography.

Create your own person ritual or rite of passage.

Record and work with your dreams on a regular basis

Read self-help books.

Establish a quiet place in your home for introspection.

Teach yourself something new such a skill, a language,

or a body of knowledge in an area of interest to you.
