Your ad design is included in your ad rate for sixth, third and half panel ads. All ads are carefully designed and produced by Go Design LLC, using a photo and information you provide. You are allowed 1 alteration at no charge, and further changes will be additional.
Our goal is to give you a great looking ad in the brochure, so we recommend you provide a high quality digital photo with rich color, and keep your text brief so that your photo can be as large as possible within the ad.

terms And CondItIons of AdvertIsIng Agreement
With the exception of the front and back panel, every effort will be made to provide the advertising position requested. Failure to comply with this position request will not result in make-good or refund of payment.
Payment in full is due In & Around Nashville (hereinafter “Publisher”) no later than 30 days from date of contract. If the size of panel Advertiser contracted for has not been paid in full 30 days from date of contract, Publisher has the right (but not the obligation) to downsize the panel to a size equivalent to the amount paid. If the amount paid does not meet the minimum cost of the smallest panel offered, Advertiser forfeits its’ right to have any advertisement printed. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All advertisements are accepted and published by Publisher entirely on the representation that the Advertiser is duly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter and shall be responsible for payment thereof. In consideration of the liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fee) incurred as a result of any claim, proceeding or suit for libel, unfair proceedings or suit based on the contents or subject matter of such advertisements.
The liability of Publisher for any act, error, or omission for which it may be held legally responsible shall not exceed the cost of the space ordered or occupied by error. Publisher will not, in any event, be liable for any consequential or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost income or profits. Publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to print, publish or circulate any issue, or parts thereof, or to otherwise fulfill an order, occasioned because of accidents, fires, strikes, work stoppages, system outages or other circumstances beyond publisher’s control. Unintentional or inadvertent failure of Publisher to print, publish, circulate, make available or fulfill advertising shall not operate as a breach of contract.
This agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. This agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties.
This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of the state of Tennessee and any legal or equitable action or proceeding brought with respect to this agreement shall be brought in Davidson County, Tennessee.
I have read this Agreement, and understand its contents, as evidenced by my signature below. I understand that this acknowledgement is a required part of this contract.
