DESCRIPTION
An exercise from Book design class. Students were asked to design a 16-page booklet out of a single source (a book, a magazine, a website, etc.) and may only use the images and texts from that source only to create a new story. I chose my relationship as a foreign student with IKEA products and furniture using their famous visual-only instruction manual as the source. The story is also connected with my personal experience in Helsinki also.TRANSCRIPT

Design by Sarun Pinyarat. Originally from Bangkok, he lives and studies in Helsinki dur-ing 2010. Like many other foriegn students, 80 percent of his room are decorated with IKEA designs. Which he quite likes it.
